    Placed an order with this company for a kitchen pantry. It said it ships from California but it actually ships from China. When order was placed it said it would be delivered in a week. It has been several weeks and no product. It then states the product was delivered at mailbox but the item would not have fit in the mailbox and was not delivered to my house. I never received the product. I tried to contact the seller through email asking about the product and why is has not been delivered. I have not received any information back regarding order. I also wrote a review on the website but the company removed my review. The review I wrote was polite but stated how I have not received the product and the company lied about how long the product would get here. I have tried to contact them to find out about the product but still have not received any information. I was really looking forward to getting the product I ordered and paid for.

    I placed an order through QVC HOT PICKS (AFFILIATED WITH ANSKY COMPANY LIMITED) on Jan. 31, 2023. Item air Mattress with Frame & Rolling Case; Order #00001633, Size Queen; Clearance Sale $35.90 and as of 2/6/2023 I have Not heard ANYTHING regarding the product or shipping instructions. I googled and contacted QVC Hot Picks C/ S #888-345-5788 on 2/6/23 and spoke with C/S rep Brenda - Brenda advised the number I called was actually with QVC and never heard of QVC Hot Picks stated this company is possibility a SCAM, she tried to search the order #00001633 and said this is NOT any of QVC's order numbers. I would like to report this as a possible Scam and have the BBB assist me in the recovery of my funds. Please see the attached documents I provided to assist in this complaint. Note I will also file a dispute with Capital One Thank you in Advance for all of your assistance. **** ******* *************

    I ordered FX150 1500W Fat-Tire E-Bike×1 through [email protected]/Ansky Company Limited When delivered what was sent was socks I have screenshots of proof of purchase pictures of the socks delivered I have emailed the problem to the company the companies telephone number does not work to make a complaint if there’s anything that can be done to rectify the mistakes of the company

    I ordered several Christmas decorations (13 in total) on December 31, 2022 in the amount of $40.70. My credit card was processed the same day. I received an email on January 3rd letting me know the items had shipped with a tracking number for me to follow. On January 13th, the tracking site indicated the item had been delivered or was available for pick up. I did not receive ANY of the items I ordered. I did, however, receive what appears to be a pair of compression socks that matched the tracking number I was given for the Christmas decorations. When I emailed the address on the website, it was immediately returned as undeliverable.

    I ordered from your website a Georgia Bulldogs Box (Medium Size Box 100% Contains Long Sleeve / Men / XL) for $34.99 back on December 12th, 2022 at 5:22 am. I received from you a tracking number (4***************************564729) which would send me to a tracking website. However, the website shows that Shipping Label was Created, USPS Awaiting Item back on December 16th. However, it is now January 2nd, 2023. I still have not received the item that I ordered which was to be a gift for my father on Christmas.

    Made an online purchase from this company on December 9 2022 as of December 19 the item has not shipped and when I made inquiry and tried to cancel order they declined and refused refund

    My husband ordered a tree from the company early this month and paid 40.00 dollars and some change. They sent the wrong item and we tried to email them they said they seem the mistake at the warehouse but still sent the wrong item and won't give a full refund or item. On the ad it states 100 percent money back guarantee. The tracking number is ************************79. If that isn't correct it's 420454 then the other numbers I have you. We were given birth tracking numbers.

    On 11/7/2022 I purchased a tv stand the price was $49.59 +$6.99 shipping . was told that in the next few days i would get an e-mail telling me it shipped and when i could expect it to arrive . I got no such e-mail. So i sent them an email asking about my order and the email came back as undeliverable. I would like my money back . The order # is ****************8 . Thank you
