    I had 1 VDS Server through UltaHost starting on 10/27/2023 with automatic monthly renewal. I had recently changed the plan and also got a 2nd VDS server on 12/30/2023 which was also 3 days after automatic renewal of my 1st VDS Server. I cancelled the 2nd VDS Server due to horrible technical support, and the server not being usable for approximately 10 hours. This is well documented in their ticket #098643. The Technical Support tried reinstalling numerous times and claimed I was changing files when I didn't, and other crazy stories to pretend it was my fault somehow. Due to the treatment, I cancelled that 2nd VDS within 12 hours of purchase and requested a full refund in Ticket #134796, to which ***** ******* did not state I was ineligible, and I quote: "Please be advised that since you have two active services, we can only put the amount you paid through the credit balance." As seen above, there is no mention that you cannot get a refund if you have multiple servers. Please keep that in mind for the following: After cancelling my 2nd VDS Server, I then promptly cancelled the 1st VDS server within 2 days of renewal invoice #129531. I requested a refund of all money paid to be credited to my original payment method with ticket #802688 with the total amount being $214.15, to which **** ****** responded to with: "Unfortunately, your account falls under the non refund category, due owning multiple hosting plan with us." ***** ******* never mentioned I couldn't get a refund, and since ***** ******* did refund invoice #131617 as an account credit, that would deem **** ****** as incorrect, and that I am well within the policy to receive a refund. I told this to **** ******, to which Lucy said: "The refund of #131617 is an alternatives because your account falls under non refund category. That is why ***** ******* added the amount to your balance" How does that make sense? There's alternatives to policies now? Complete SCAM! I need my money back!!

    They don't honour their 30-day Guarantee, instead, they put multiple disclaimers throughout their policy which is hidden. Their tech killed my VPS and rendered it unusable, they use threats and intimidation that making a claim will be lost, here below is their boasting threat on LinkedIn.27th February 2024 sent the following messages at 3:10 PM View UltaHost’s profileUltaHost UltaHost 3:10 PM We don't do any paper works our law firm are getting paid in any way so adding a small case is not big deal The win rate is 98% Typical foreigners pretending to be a US-based company, when they are flouting Delaware incorporation freedoms.
