    To whom this may concern, I am writing about a transaction that is trying to take money from my bank card linked to this account. I just received a fraud alert from my bank, As this account has been canceled since December 13, 2023, so why is someone trying to take money for an account that has been canceled/ closed? I have also enclosed a screenshot of the said account that has been (CANCELED) in big RED letters. I called both numbers and each time both calls ended, the only required contact was to email.
