    In an unfortunate error, I inadvertently subscribed to Quizplus, mistaking it for another application with a similar name. When I realize I had mistakenly subscript to the wrong app. I went to cancel at least I believed that I had successfully canceled the subscription. However, this application proved to be of no assistance in my studies, rendering it useless to me. Months later, I unexpectedly received a renewal fee, prompting me to promptly email the company to explain the situation. I was informed that I was not eligible for a complete refund due to their policy. I firmly believe that the Quizplus subscription was inadvertently canceled. Attempting to cancel the subscription now seems to be a complex process, requiring me to utilize a website for the purpose. Given that the company had the ability to monitor my app usage, I should have been entitled to a full refund. But they refunded me $10.00 This outcome has left me deeply disappointed.

    I first signed up for quizplus a few months ago and I’m really glad I signed up. Quizplus has helped me a lot with any questions regarding about what quiz or test that I am studying about using quizplus helped me pass my quiz/test which I am so proud with myself I recommend using quizplus for all my quiz/test and the customer service is wonderful very fast and attentive

    I really enjoyed Quizlet plus they are so helpful and really help while you are in school in those challenging situations when you need an extra help or a way to study. Customer service department is very attentive and quick to respond. Definitely recommend them!
