    I have reached out to customer service but no reply.
    I bought 5 tickets diamondbacks may 12 abd a VIP parking pass.

    I was charged for both, recieved tickets but no parking pass.

    Impossible to get anyone on the phone

    We do not have an i-Phone wallet and have not needed it until now.

    I wish that you could simply send me an email with tickets attached instead of having to set up a wallet that we do not want, and prefer to use credit cards for normal purchases.

    My other experience buying tickets with Duffie was not satisfactory.

    I wish I could buy these tickets from another source.

    I purchased 2 tickets for Godsmack on the march 28,2023
    I found out later that day I have a wedding to go to out of town that weekend, $200.00 they will not refund my money! Nothing stated that when I purchased them.

    Did anyone else have this issue and what do I need to do to get money back, advise would be appriciated.
