    It’s a rip off do not buy tickets from them they take $60 tickets sell them to you for $160 always go through Ticketmaster not these rip off artists

    I ordered two tickets to a Round Rock Express game for Friday, March 31st at 7:05pm. At 5pm I received an email saying the game was cancelled and would be rescheduled. Being Friday afternoon, I left my office and told my wife the game was cancelled. We made other plans. I was in traffic for 1 hour. I get home tonight and see an email that came in at 5:15pm saying ….oh… the game isn’t cancelled. I had left my office and was in traffic… not checking my email. The tickets were $172…. Customer service tells me… I’m sorry, even though we sent a miscommunication we can’t issue tickets to another game or refund your money. This is wrong on every level. Absolutely terrible customer service and they couldn’t care less. I will be escalating to the Round Rock Express office and will publish this in every place I can find to warn everyone about their horrible customer service. Beware using this website to buy any event tickets!!!!!

    I suppose I have my tickets… I got confirmation I’ll get them approximately four days before the event (not quite six months from now…), but for now the process seems smooth enough.
