    After sending two messages about not receiving my tickets I had no response to either one, so I put a hold on the charge on my credit card. After speaking to one of your agents I got the situation solved and contacted my credit card company to have the hold removed.

    At first I thought it was a little questionable that the email said I was going to be transferred my tickets 2 days before the concert, but I got the email to claim them just a couple of days after I had ordered them, well before the concert. The prices were reasonable compared to what I've seen on other ticketing websites. Overall I am satisfied with my experience using tickets-center.
