    Not sure. Won't have tickets until few days before performance. Why? Does not make me comfortable especially since this is a birthday present on May 5 and they won't see until few days before performance on 24th. Once tickets received may change rating.

    Tickets-center.com is charging double the price for tickets that are STILL AVAILABLE directly from the venue's website which is, in my opinion, pretty scummy.

    I don't know how I ended up buying my tickets from this website but I am extremely regretful that I did because I spent $135 on tickets that I can still buy directly from the venue I am going to for $50. I understand this was my own mistake and that I should've realized this was a ticket resale website but that doesn't mean what they are doing at Tickets-center.com is not shady.

    I have two big problems with this website. First, they claim they "clearly state" disclaimers about being a resale website and that the price of their tickets can be above face value. Yet these "clearly stated" disclaimers are tiny text in the corner of the website.

    Second, when you go to find your tickets, there is only one price option for each section. If it is true that "all prices listed on [their] site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand" why is there not multiple options of tickets to choose from? It makes it seem like the price they are selling for is THE one and only price for the tickets. Additionally, if they were to show various prices, it would encourage sellers to list their tickets for FAIR PRICES.

    I understand that they are just reselling tickets but there should be some policing of prices, especially for shows that are not sold out.

    Maybe I'm just upset because I feel taken advantage of but I don't think I'm alone in this feeling seeing as there are thousands of reviews for tickets-center.com on BBB and they average 2.5 stars.

    Save your money, do NOT buy tickets from this website. Go directly to the venue's website. Tickets-center.com is extremely shady and they are just going to rip you off for tickets.

    It worked extremely well! Good service and the website was easy to navigate and tickets arrived in my app.....all good!.
