    Absolute fraud - I wanted to purchase tickets to a concert and went to the venue site to purchase the tickets. I was somehow redirected to Tickets-Center.com where I was charged double the price. When I asked the venue why I was charged so much they told me this is likely a third-party reseller which is prohibited by the venue and the tickets will potentially not be honoured.

    When I called Ticket-Center, relayed the response from the venue and asked to cancel the purchase, I was told they could not/would not cancel unless the concert was cancelled but rather I could resell tickets that will not be honoured.

    I told them I was advised by the venue to dispute the charge and purchase from them directly. I relayed this information to the agent of Ticket-Center and my intentions, which was to dispute the charge and submit a report to the BBB unless they cancelled the order and refunded my money. They refused but again told me to try reselling the tickets.

    My advise is to stay away from this company as I was most bothered their advice and re-sell something of no value. Do not use this company's services.

    You’ll feel like you’re being scammed throughout the entire process. Overpriced tickets with little to no disclosure on policies, horrible customer support, and last minute ticket issuing. Bought orchestra seats and was given a range - they gave me the worst seats in that section. The only thing they’re good at is paid ads and SEO. You’ll see them near the top in the search when you look for tickets. Keep scrolling.
