    Easy to purchase, but fees are high. Received tickets same day.

    WARNING - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETS-CENTER.COM It is too easy to be taken to a website of a ticket reseller that charges outrages prices over and above market price. I went to search for a church featured gospel singer, saw the event and bought the tickets, but Tickets-Center.com actually charged me more than three times the asking price for the tickets for this event next week. Shame on me for being in a hurry this afternoon. But also, shame on them as when I called immediately back to cancel, they said tickets are non-refundable and that I approved the purchase with the listed terms and conditions, so putting a dispute in with my credit card company would still result in my paying the amount due regardless. I called my credit card company, who stated that since the charge is pending they are unable to dispute it or cancel it at this point. The BBB states that if this is merely a price dispute, I can't file a complaint. Buyers' remorse WARNING - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETS-CENTER.COM

    Tickets were to be shipped. Did not arrive. Contacted via Chat and was promised email within 12 hours, with PDF tickets to be attached. Day before the event and no email was received. Chat response after that insisted that the order number and name on record did not match, and could not get any other response from them. Will be pursuing claim for fraudulent practices, through credit card company. Star rating ZERO.

    I have never had so much trouble ordering anything online. First day - I tried to unsuccessfully to order the tickets. The second day was equally unsuccessful despite two calls to the ticket center which was so frustrating that it left me in tears. I finally figured it out but in a round about way. I THINK I have tickets now....time wilI tell. I feel totally uncertain.
