  This business masquerades as a primary seller, sponsoring their website on Google when you search a performer so it is the first link to appear, and designing the website as such that it does not make it clear in the slightest that they are a secondary seller. The tickets are sold for over twice face value, and if you email customer service about their deceptive business practices they send you back copy and pasted emails (I got nearly the same email three times while attempting to talk to a supervisor about my concern). AVOID at all costs.

  I would like to file a complaint against Ticket Center. I bought at ticket to see Donny Osmond in Interlochen. I was charged $415.95 for one ticket. When I received the ticket by email, the price was $99 and much less that $415.95. Concert was booked on 4/14.
  
  I realized the following:
  I was not ordering from the venue, which I thought I was, but from a Secondary Market.
  I was given the section and the row but could not pick my own seat.
  I did not receive itemized statement for what fees $415.95 covered.
  
  Then, after researching on the internet, found out the following:
  Although Ticket Center states that they are Secondary Market, they are actually a third party reseller.
  They are not BBB accredited.
  Order confirmation statement stated to contact them for any problems, but no phone number was provided.
  From Interlochen venue, I read "Interlochen Center for the Arts is not affiliated with any ticket brokers or secondary-market ticket sellers. We do not release our ticket inventory to these third parties. Tickets you find on other websites are often being resold above face-value. While many are legitimate tickets, other are not"
  
  On April 17, I called Tickets Center. I was told that ticket was sold by another party. I told them that the concert was just booked on 4/14, so how can this be? I asked why I did not receive itemized statement. I, also, asked why they charge so much higher for the ticket, when buying the ticket from the venue is much lower.
  
  I would like a full refund of $415.95 because of the above reasons.
  
  I will not recommend buying tickets from Tickets Center, again.

  Looking forward to receiving my baseball ticket through this tickets outlet. A five month wait until game-time in late August, but the available day-time game was available here.
