    Purchased tickets from this company on March 28th. Paid double the price of each actual ticket, not realizing the true price. Very upsetting. I was given the row at Radio City when purchasing but not the seat info. I figured I’d get the seat numbers once paid. But after paying I got a confirmation email with NO seat location & NO actual tickets. This email now said I should receive the tickets by 5/31, THE DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL CONCERT & that all sales are final. Of course the late delivery date was not on the purchase email either or I would not have agreed. I called the company & got no where with them… sales are final, too bad about the doubled price, I should get the tickets before that date, nothing I can do. I have since purchased tickets for another concert at Radio City but this time with TicketMaster. My seats (same area) cost half as much, I got the seat numbers with the row & I should get delivery weeks before the concert. I really feel very taken advantage of. By Tickets-Center. I will keep calling (& being put off) but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unless they refund my money (which I doubt) I advise you to buy from the places you already know. Learn from my mistake.

    Ignorance is not bliss. There are great aspects of Tickets Center as well as true pitfalls for the purchaser. First, let me start off by saying I was not an informed purchaser. I was ignorant that purchasing college baseball tickets was actually an inexpensive venture when you are on the correct website. Now that I have paid upwards of $80 plus dollars more is an expensive lesson to learn. Go in informed so you won't make my mistakes: 1. Know that the seller has the right to charge what they choose, with no monitoring for price gouging. 2. There will be two fees assessed - the delivery fee for each ticket as well as their service fee of $22 (don't forget you'll need to pay taxes as well). My fees actually cost more than the two tickets that could have been purchased on the actual sight. I would only use this service again if the venue was sold out and the interest met the extra expenditure. The service that was delivered was flawless otherwise.
