    STOP... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. SOLD TICKETS THAT WERE $15 EACH FOR $115 DOLLARS EACH.. MADE ABOUT $450 OFF OF ME. SNEAKY AND JUST OUT RIGHT WRONG. THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST THIS. I EMAILED THIS GUY AND NO RESPONSE. I HAVE THIS GUYS EMAIL AND WILL CONTINUE TO EMAIL HIM

    Total scam! Ruined what should have been a wonderful experience when I arrived at theater to find my tix bogus. This is a total scam. Should be shut down!

    Absolute scam. Appeared to be for a local venue, and tickets were 3X what they were through the venue.

    This service is nothing but theives. I googled when the new season of Long Island Median was coming out and it took me to Ticket Fulfillment service stating that Theresa was coming in May and I could get 3 row seats to her show. My mother is a huge fan and her birthday and Mother's day is in May and so I thought that this would be a great gift. She has fallen on xmas day and fractured her hip and has fallen 3 times since. Linda aka mom, is in stage 3 Alzheimer's and memory is very important. By the end of it all, just 2 tickets w/ these THEIVES came out to $1,170... I am like wow, Theresa is really expensive... I took my mother yesterday May 4th to see her and our tickets wouldn't scan to get in, so they sent us to the ticket booth where my tickets were flagged for proof of idea, like my info was stolen. The kind lady who worked there asked if she could know how much I spent and I told her the amount of $1170.00 and her eyes got SO big and she said that my seats were only $129.95 a seat.
    Never had to do anything like this before because I don't go anywhere anymore because of being a fulltime caregiver and work nights at a hospital. Never will happen again.

    Horrible! I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date totalling over $400. I called immediately and they told me all sales are final. What a rip off.

    This is a SCAM site! I purchased “tickets” to the ballet through here. Not only were they 2-3x the actual price, but THE TICKETS DON’T EXIST. I spent 45 minutes with customer service looping me around and making excuses as to why they couldn’t find my ticket. They never gave me my tickets. All that money into a scammer’s pocket.
    The venue said they have seen many people get scammed by Tickets-Center. They were kind enough to comp our seats so that we could attend. This website should be shut down!

    Scalping scam. Pops up as first search item for a venue (thanks for nothing, Google) and leads you to believe tickets are scarce. I fell for it. Buying tickets 10 days before the show in a small venue. Found out within an hour that there were plenty of seats available for a quarter of what Ticket Center / Fulfillment Center charged. As others say, cancellation is not possible - "all sales final". Credit card company was no help, so I'm stuck with it. Life lesson.

    Purchased two tickets for $430. The row I bought is not even available (the auditorium has rows up to K and this one is L). The row is not made visible until you complete the purchase. So now my seats don't even exist! And they are still refusing to refund me because I am told I accepted condition that I will accept 'any' ticket. They are offering that I can resell the ticket - which of course makes them more money. Given that this company does now reveal the seats when you buy them, I would strongly urge people to consider other vendors for tickets.

    If I could give zero, I would. Overpricing, not helpful, sneaky about their "rules". DO NOT use them for any tickets. Go directly to the site for the performing theatre, etc. Plain RIP OFF!!!

    Order tickets for the lion King in November 20 24 for a show 4/20/25. Did not realize this was a secondary site holder. Paid over two times what I would’ve paid to the Straz received tickets by email on 4/17 with no barcode. Told I would receive the barcode at 10:30 AM the day of the 1 PM show never received the barcode and ultimately the tickets were taken away so that the website said I had no upcoming events, lost my money and did not see the show. These people are scammers.
