    want my subscription cancelled today. You tried to take additional $45.00 twice out of my bank account that I did not agree too. Also to this very moment nothing regarding the program for keto has not come to my email address to get me started. I don’t trust you at all. Please refund my $28.76. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone wanting to lose weight and then fail me by trying to trick me. Thank you Debbie

    SCAM ALERT – DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FRAUD!

    This company blatantly stole $59.99 from me by making their cancellation process nearly impossible to navigate. It's clearly designed to trap customers into ongoing charges. They didn’t send any notification or email before taking my money – this is a classic bait-and-switch scam.
    The App Store reviews are obviously fake, likely written by people in Russia or Eastern Europe to deceive customers. It’s a cheap and dishonest marketing ploy. They’ve paid Apple for sponsorship to push this garbage app, hiding behind shady policies and outright lies to rip people off.
    This is not just poor business practice – it’s intentional, predatory fraud. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be scammed like I was!

    I was told my credit card was declined so I left the site but now I find the charge is pending and I can’t find the site to go back and cancel! Rip off!!

    I wanted to do the 7 day trail and had no problem in the purchase price. The problem came after I went to Pay Pal, it came back and offered Keto workout. I looked all over and could not find how to say no thank you as what was on the previous offers right under the work Continue. Well much to my demise it was a little work of Skip at the very top of the page in very very small letters and in red, which I do not see because of being red/green color blind. I tried customer service but was told it did not fall under their criteria for refund. I mean why would a 71-year-old want a workout program. But alas nothing is to be done because of the way they write the refund policy. READ IT CAREFULLY before you agree to try the product. I do believe the diet itself would be great but the way that I was almost forced to take the workout left a sour taste in my mouth. I guess the company needs that 45 dollars worse than me. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and because I am a business with them, they will probably pay me the money as they have a solid policy in place and take care of their customers.
