    Since, apparently, the BEST way to get in touch with someone at FJOR, Inc. is to point out how FRAUDULENT this business model is at the Better Business Bureau web site. I have directed Discover to PROHIBIT any further attempts at the theft of funds from my credit card by your "company". You would be advised to cease and desist AND to consider this as a cancellation of your non existent, bogus subscription with me.

    This is a fraudulent business. My experience is the same as many others. I agreed to a $17.38 meal plan and the charged an additional $59.99!. And all you can do is email! How about providing a phone number to contact you?!

    I agree with Sheri D also. I have been charged 29.99 a month for 4 months now. I have no idea what this is and have never used this service. I agree with other customers that I have tried several times to contract them via email and continue to get failure to send also. I also do not see any phone numbers to call to talk to someone regarding cancelling these charges. I came across these reviews and have decided to write a complaint. I would like all my money back.     I was charged $29.99 September and now this month October.. I did not give consent to do this.. I don’t have this money to throw around.. this is very sneaky.. I tried getting I touch with them and the email address will lot work says” failure to send”?? this is bad business!!! I want my money back!! I’m struggling as it is, with this economy like it is now adays!

    Sneaky business practices and "surprise" charges. I was unaware that I was to be charged an additional $60.00! They didn't notify me before my paypal account was to be charged. Not an honorable company! I also could not find a customer "care" phone number. Disappointing. I don't have extra money to throw away, especially in these difficult financial times.

    I signed up for a Keto Diet App that reportedly was going to provide a diet plan. The info said it as $19.99. After getting the app, and paying the initial $ I found that I was also charged an additional $45.00. Now there is a recurring charge of $29.00. I do not feel that the app was completely honest in how they presented their charges, nor did I ever get a diet plan emailed to me.

    They charge you twice first for introductory and then when you try and exit $45 for 3 months you get charged that also. When you file complaint the just say screw you

    Would like my subscription canceled today you charged additional $59.99 an $45 on my credit card. Please refund my credit card for the amounts listed above I no longer trust your company. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone wanting to lose weight and then fail me by trying to trick me into paying more. Thank you and I will watch my credit card for your refund!
