    This is a scam! I ordered the knee massager and the order from the company said I ordered a “voucher” and extension straps. I received the extension straps (from China) and no voucher. Please do not order from this company and save yourself money and agony!!!

    I wish I could give a -star review.
    Please do not order from this "company". First, the product does nothing what it advertises to do. Second, you CANNOT reach the company by phone ONLY by email??? Third, they start charging a monthly "subscription". I called the company that charged my card for the subscription and was told that they handle "warranties" for many companies. They could not give me an answer to why a "warranty" would be charged monthly.
    I've waited the 90 day period on returns and am patiently waiting to hear from them. I doubt I ever will.

    This company is definitely a SCAM!!! My elderly Mom has a habit of buying scam products that are useless off the internet and also keep on charging her monthly. Rejuvaknee keeps on charging $12.49 a month for a "Lifetime Warranty"...what a joke! This company is PREDATORY towards the elderly!! Returns are a headache...still in the process of helping my Mom do that!! There products are completely useless. They sell products that look and work like repackaged products from Temu and Amazon.

    Rejuvaknee does not live up to their contract with customers... Been requesting a return of my 59.99 refund since January 22 when I returned their knee machine...They have been totally uncooperative.. They responded once and claimed that all I had to do was:
    place on an email... URGENT: Thad Z Refund FOLLOW UP to them and all would be taken care of by their service team...that was on March 22nd and it's now April 20th...nothing has happened..
    No credits and no response... They are a fraud...
