  I wish I could rate a ZERO! Company advertised made in the USA however they are only designed in the USA. The product is manufactured and shipped from CHINA.
  The 'Rejuvaknee' is poorly made and you cannot get a refund! I was offered only 10% refunded and they don't even want their own product back! They don't stand behind their own product and offer false advertising.

  Ordered the knee massager and a knee brace for my mom. Neither of the products that came were what we ordered from the add. The products won’t fit her, they are cheap made, the massager did not have any instructions. I’m in the process of trying to return it for a refund and I’m getting a run around. Very disappointed’

  I bought the Rejuvaknee massager and then realized with my mechanical heart valve it might not be O K for me to use it. My cardiologist told me not to. The company said I could return it after 30 days. I called back and I shipped it for return at my own expense of $11.40. to a warehouse in Ohio. They said they received it back and that I would receive a refund. The phone number is in Delaware. I would never have returned it if they hadn't said I could get a full refund. I would have just given it to someone with knee issues, but I don't know anyone with this problem currently. I contacted them 3 times and they said they would process it quickly, but I have never received a refund!!! I don't need the money, but I don't like being lied to and they confirmed that it was returned!!! I wasted my additional $11.40!!!!

  4/30/25-Ordered Ozempatches, a weight lost program with patches from RejuvaCare or RejuvaKnee (same company contact number and RejuvaKnee doesn't offer these patches on their website but through SCAM advertising pop-ups! The deliver was to be 3-12 days. I called around day 10 to track order and was told to follow the on-line tracker. Day 11-12 I received my product in fair condition with the tracker still showing pending! The PATCHES DO NOT WORK! DONT WASTE MONEY
  5/7/25-My Chase Card was charged a subscription fee. I called Customer Service number provided.I was told that the company's name or product was not available, but a refund of the amount & cancellation would follow 3-5 days. I inquired how this would happen if the Company name, product was not accessible with an order number. Response was the Customer Service Center I was given was a hub of several companies and each caller was identified by their name and phone number. Called 5/13, 5/16, 5/20 and spoke to same Customer Service Rep without results. She made it a "Priority" for a refund. I investigated my purchases made during this timeframe. Only company that could have added a subscription was RejuvaCare or Knee. I called RejuvaKnee directly. Jess, Customer Service acknowledged the purchase on 4/30/25 and the cancelation for a free trail bonus gift on 5/13. Amazing, to learn it was the same date of my first call for seeing an unauthorized charge to my account and request for a refund. I assured her that I did not authorize this charge. She told me she would speak to a supervisor and call me back. That didn't happen. She referred me to the bank as she did not recognize the Customer Service name- Meridian or Marion as the person I started with for a refund on 5/13/25. Jess claimed this person does not exist. I asked how did my cancellation happen if you are not affiliated with that person or number. This was my 1st call to her directly? No answer. SCAM!!!! A WASTE of MONEY and BUYER BEWARE!!

  I had to return the product because I couldn’t use it. It was weight loss patches from Rejuvaknee. The patches blister my skin and also had a rash. They offered me a 25% refund and to keep the product. I made several calls trying to get my refund. The received the product on April 4,2025. They refused to let me talk to anyone in management. They told me today that it was processed thur on the 21st, and I’m still waiting my bank has nothing from this company pending or waiting to be credited. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

  Rejuvaknee is a scam. They do not have any managers or supervisors. They have sent 3 in a row and all 3 are defective with the same problem. The batteries do not work. Don't waste your time they will never refund your money.

  Company sent me extra products than what I ordered $159.00 worth and when I reached out to customer service I was told I had to try all products they sent me for at least 30 days and if I still wanted to return items I would have to pay return shipping and they would decide how much money to refund me. I waited the 30 days and now they are telling me to keep the products and they will refund me 25% of my cost. Their products do not work and their customer service is terrible! Don’t buy from this company! They will not provide me with a return address to send their products back. So much for a hassle free 90 days return policy they advertise.

  Huge scam! They are a Chinese company. I started getting charged for some kind of subscription before I got the product I ordered. They told me that they sent an e-mail out 7 days prior to the date that they charged my card. I never received an e-mail and I printed off every e-mail I got from them.

  scam,, take your money and then keep charging credit card without authorization, then cant get it corrected, warning is dont deal with this company they dont respond to any form of comunication, as for the product use a heating pad it is better, dont buy from here dont buy from here stay clear from them and dont give them credit card number

  This is a joke,they advertise you will feel relief after first use.Ive been using for couple weeks.This thing barley gets warm a little vibration how's this gonna help your knee.I should have know after I ordered they tried to sale me about 5 other products to go with it.Dont waste your money.
