    I have a subscription with a merchant using Veho. When a problem with delivery address occurred, I had to use Veho's customer support, which is a text number that you will be charged to contact. They insist you are talking to a human, but it seems pretty clearly to be a chatbot. They repeatedly sent me a link and said to use the "edit" button there to change the address. As I told them repeatedly in response, there is no "edit" button. After some time waiting while they check on that, there is an apology as they are unable to do anything at this time. Do not waste your time and money attempting to contact Veho's customer support, it is either a chatbot that doesn't function or a human that doesn't have the power or care to remedy your problem.

    Absolutely Horrendous! Received notification my package would arrive on a Monday never showed up spent the next 3 days trying to track it only to get AI responses that it is sitting in a warehouse and that they are sorry for the delay. Day 4 and it still sitting in a warehouse untouched and they cannot tell me when it will arrive.

    The absolute worst shipping company I’ve ever encountered. Customer service is unhelpful and it is impossible to talk to anyone besides what seems to be an AI generated chatbot
