    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am filing a formal complaint against Veho Tech, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Veho, following a serious and unresolved incident caused by one of its drivers.

    On June 13, 2025, after completing a delivery to our home, a Veho driver struck a parked vehicle while backing out of our driveway. The driver then fled the scene without providing any contact or insurance information. In the process of evading, the driver nearly hit our family dog and our young daughter. We immediately contacted the police, who responded and later informed us that the driver did not carry valid insurance.

    Over the past seven weeks, we have repeatedly contacted Veho through customer support to request the driver’s insurance information, an explanation, or a path toward resolution. Our requests have been met with silence or vague assurances that someone would follow up—yet no action has ever been taken. We are now left with property damage, safety concerns, and no accountability from the company.

    We respectfully request that your office assist in compelling Veho to:
    1. Provide a detailed explanation regarding the driver’s affiliation and insurance status.
    2. Accept responsibility for the damage and cover the associated repair costs.
    3. Clarify whether Veho is in compliance with relevant consumer protection, transportation safety, and insurance requirements.

    We are extremely frustrated by Veho’s lack of communication and concern, especially considering the potential harm to our family. We believe Veho must be held accountable for the conduct of individuals acting on its behalf and that this matter deserves immediate attention.

    Thank you for your assistance in pursuing a resolution.

    Several packages have been either not delivered to the correct address or delivered poorly in wrong areas such as in the street or bushes. Packages get ruined, rained on, full of ants, some packages they even throw!!!. I included delivery instructions, including to deliver to a person during busing hours.

    We ordered a mouse for my son's birthday several weeks ago. Veho's website package showed the package as delivered wasn't on my porch or mailbox. The delivery photo is not of my property or mailbox but what appears to be a vehicle interior. With all information provided to me, the only logical answer is the delivery driver stole my package.

    I went to Veho's website to contact customer service (send a text message to AI). When i provided information to the AI it stated it cannot verify my information and ended by stating I need to contact the retailer Gravastar. Gravastar is not responsible for Veho's incompetence.

    Only after notifying Veho's AI that I will be reporting this to the BBB the AI forwarded my claim to a Senior Coordinator.

    It's extremely disappointing Veho only cares about brand damage mitigation and not its customers.

    The only way to resolve this is veho delivering what i ordered.

    This is regarding the failed delivery of my package. According to your tracking system, my package was marked as delivered, accompanied by a photo that appears to have been taken from inside the driver’s vehicle, at my residence. It is clear that no actual delivery attempt was made. This is raises concerns about the reliability of your service. I expect immediate action to locate my package and ensure it is delivered properly. Please provide an update as soon as possible.
