1 starI ordered Semiglutide from ReflexMD at the same day when my doctor found out asked me to cancel it, which I did. I got the confirmation that the order was canceled to my surprise. Six days later the order showed up on my door step with ice package surrounding to order being warm, when I contacted customer service she said that the pharmacy ignored the request and if I’m not happy with the order, I can discard it and that was the extent of it.
I feel like this is a scam based on patient desperation to lose weight with a very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor. Don’t order go to your doctor and discussed ordering medication through your doctor. Avoid This company at all cost.ReFlexMD

1 starThey won't cancel; they will keep taking your money. No one is ever available to chat on the phone. They took $497 at the first and end of the month, so technically it is a scam about paying only 399 a month. It is costing me $1000 a month.ReFlexMD

1 starReflexmd is a scam. Avoid this company!
They delivered a hot box with a hot pack and hot vials of medication after days of no tracking information being provided. The package arrive via UPS at 7 in the evening. The moment it arrived all of the tracking information miraculously came up on my patient portal.
I contacted customer service and they kept referring me to another person. I spoke to 3 different people who all gave me a version of how they had done scientific studies that proved the meds are stable for 5 days in temperatures up to 107.
They insisted that the product must have defrosted in the hour it took to deliver to my house from their cold facility. Even if this med would maintain its efficacy after being in temps up to 107, I know this package was in a delivery vehicle for at least 2 days in temperatures far exceeding 107. It’s 100 degrees outside everyday.. in a closed vehicle I can’t imagine how hot it gets.
I’ve received Wegovy through the mail and it arrived properly packed & with frozen ice packs. This is the proper way to deliver a medication that needs a stable temperature environment.
Stay away from Reflexmd. Terrible customer service and irresponsible delivery service & handling of a medication that requires a stable temperature.
I lost $200 bucks to ReflexMd. I’ll do my research next time.ReFlexMD

1 starI received my shipment this week on a day that approached 100 degrees. The box arrived in the early evening after sitting in the back of a hot truck all day. Temperatures inside the vehicle easily would have approached 120 degrees. Upon opening the package all items were extremely hot to the touch. The one ice pack had long melted and felt like a hot water bottle. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that ‘they ship their product’ with an ice pack to ensure coldness is maintained despite me telling them details to the contrary. I then received an email stating my issue had been resolved when it obviously hadn’t. I sent another email to customer service after speaking to a medical professional and have yet to receive a response. My concern was primarily related to the viability of the medication and whether or not it’s safe to use after being in conditions so out of the recommended storage guidelines. This is too expensive to ‘assume’ it has retained its potency and too risky to assume it’s still safe. Then I pointed out that the package was shipped AFTER I canceled my subscription and I was met with an auto reply saying that she would be out of the office for the next 3 days. 1 starMy very first order arrived today. Semaglutide needs to be kept refrigerated. The vial and its very small, companion cold pack were both HOT. It shipped from Texas and arrived in Arizona during record-breaking heat. I researched and discovered that the active ingredients are rendered inert if not kept refrigerated. I called the number that reflexmd published to request that my subscription be canceled. The operator with whom I spoke kept trying to put me off, telling me that she doesn't have the authority to cancel and that I would have to talk to a member of the “wellness team” but she wouldn’t connect me. Finally, after I insisted rather brusquely, she WAS able to cancel the subscription. So, she lied that she didnt have the ability to cancel. She was likely just making it difficult to cancel, lerhaps in the hopes that I’d change my mind… I don’t know but it was awful that they they didnt protect the product to ensure its safety and now I’m out $300 for a product that I cant use.ReFlexMD

While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact on safety or potency.

1 starProblem 1; Signed up in late May. Never had a zoom call or Telephone call from a Dr. By law, no phone call or zoom call does not qualify for Telehealth. I am a Registered Nurse who works with Telehealth all day and I know the legal requirements they qualify.
Problem 2: I received a warm vial of medicine which Semiglutidd is a medication that. Reds to be refrigerated during transport and storage. I complained immediately but never got a response back from a provider if it was safe to use.
3rd problem is the billing. The only person I spoke with was the initial sales rep @Herome” who promised that if you sound 3 months at a time the medication would stay at the 297 rate. Was later sent an email they they could not honor they because I live in California..
Lots of Redflags with this company including quality, care issues, no telehealth visit. I will be notifying the DEA and FDA, god only knows what’s in the medication. I through it out. Not putting warm, possibly expired medication in my body with no orovider oversite. Be very Leary. I will be going through my insurance and private physician going forward. I canceled everything in writing and they haven’t even acknowledged that.ReFlexMD
