  Technician kept me updated. Ensured house isn't dirty. Completed work within projected time. Wasn't willing to accept payment until he felt confident that fix worked. At payment time, process didn't take more than couple of mins. All details and photos were emailed to me.

  Installation of a ***** wall charger along with a new electric panel was quick and efficient. The technicians were great and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Aiello for any future electrical work.

  The technician spent less than 5 minutes lighting the pilot light on my hot water heater and charged $332. The invoice indicated that an inspection was completed. If it was nothing was taken apart and it took less than 5 minutes. Highway robbery.

  Aiello did work for my brother in November 2023 which included installation per the invoice "Basket Strainer, repair 1.5" Drain Line up to 5' and install a chrome faucet with pull-down spray which will include a thorough check of all shut offs under the sink" to the tune of $2001 after a $50 coupon. The cost of the faucet alone was $992 and included labor. The kitchen and sink are very small and anyone could see there was no way a "fancy" faucet of this type was needed. My brother told me that he informed the plumber he didn't think he needed that type of faucet and that the plumber talked my brother into buying it.
  I contacted the company and spoke with the service manager regarding the issue and that the faucet was way overpriced and I expected a minimum of a 50% refund. My brother was given a $200.00 refund for "being a senior citizen".
  I wrote to the Chief Financial Officer outlining my dismay and he had the same service manager contact me and manager indicated there was no large mark up as they purchase their parts from a plumbing service. He also indicated there was no refund forthcoming as my brother signed the invoice and was obligated to pay with credit card information given to them. I could expand my review but space is limited.
  I had initially told my brother not to use Aiello due to all the neg reviews I read, but he called them anyways as they sent an ad with the $50 coupon.
  We believe Aiello took advantage of my brother who has disabilities and is not clear in his decision making skills. I shared this opinion with the service manager, so this should come as no surprise to this company.
  From our experience, I agree with the other negative reviews that this company takes advantage of people who are uniformed as well as the elderly and the disabled. It is a shame as many are on fixed incomes with minimal resources to pay.
  I hope my review can save people from a substantial financial loss.

  Aiello destroyed my home. I had them convert my home from oil to gas and supply a heating duct to an upper bedroom that had no heat. I was so distraught with the results and at a tune of $15,000 the large pipe that was left behind was a complete eyesore. I thought I had to live with it and did for 8 months. I didn’t know any better until my Brother visited this past Thanksgiving and asked WTF is that big pipe doing in the middle of the living room. I say that what Aiello did and showed him all the holes in the walls they put in, even in the wood floors. After he explained to me what they should have done, I was mad because the installer did not inform me that there was a second option. It was very simple too! Just cut one hole 14 inches over the present vent to flow upstairs and install a 14 inch wall vent! Sheet rock it in! Bam Done!
  Well I got on the phone and Aiello sent a new crew out to do the work over again, they didn’t match my original wood flooring they cut out unnecessarily and now I have to do extra work in my home restoring my whole wood flooring to match the color. And painting all the holes they patched up. I also am gonna demand a refund of $6,000 because the shoddy work of the 1st workers did a lot of damage and did not warrant all the piping, drilling and installation that was put in the home in the beginning. The end results looks good after the second time with the new crew, but it should have been done right the first time and I would not have to make even more repairs to my home now!

  Please, do not ever do business with Aiello Home Sevices!!
  Just when I think Aiello can't get any shadier...we purchased smart thermostats as part of our furnace and AC install package years ago. No conditions or criteria were given at the time in order to use the app associated with these units. Well, yesterday suddenly our app wouldn't work. Called Aiello and they said we can't use the app since we aren't partnership members anymore.
  Spoke to the HVAC manager today, who claims this was always the rule...even though we weren't partnership members at the time of the install, when they gave us access to the app. And we haven't been partnership customers for over two years, since I fully broke up with them after my last bad experience. So why now? Just out of spite, it seems.
  And now I have no choice but to buy new thermostats, which is such a waste since these work fine if they'd just let me use the app. So I have to create plastic and electronics waste, for no valid reason, other than Aiello decided to make up a fake rule and try to hold me hostage - because oh, they'll happily turn it my access back on if I pay them 16.75/month!
  Do not ever do business with Aiello!!

  BEWARE!!!
  I work for an older lady, she was totally taken advantage of.
  To start, she had no hot water in the kitchen, when I went back there, they broke the original kitchen faucet and put on another one on very similar to one one she had.
  But to my realization, the handle was supposed to be on the right, and it was on the left, come to find out. I turned the faucet,, and then realized they never went under the sink to totally tighten it up.!!!
  She thinks she got it free after what they charged her to begin with.
  I also know they used her in the past with her furnace.
  Please whatever you do do your research first and do not use this company whatsoever they charge outrageous amount money for basically not much to talk about. They will also tell you that you need parts that you don’t even need and charge you full price.!!!! you’re making a mistake if you don’t do your homework and go with someone else!!!! They pry on the elderly!!! and another thing, you should know they work on commission, which most customers don’t even realize!!!!

  Installed new kitchen faucet, 2 drains, 2 braided hoses, 2 cheap shutoff valves, 2 feet of copper pipe, and a cheap drain kit with markup maybe 300$ in parts. Charged 2574.00$ prices are insane this company should be put out of business they took advantage of my brother and mother who have no idea what 2hrs of labor is worth. I know I would like to make 1100$/hr.

  My daughter needed a new faucet installed
  Also garbage disposal that was in place.
  Both items ready to go
  90 minutes from start to finish.
  Over $400 !!!!
  No more Aeillo
  Sone things are just not right
