    Buyer Beware! Besides being totally overpriced not pleased with installation. Unfortunately I was not present and a family member accepted a replacement faucet. A simple fix of replacing a water hose cost over 1,000$$$. Not to mention installed a left-handed control replacing a right-handed control. When contacting Company they informed there would be additional 'charges' to replace. My option was to have it turned around, so now I have a backward handle. In my contacting vendor he tried to justify their product. Being a senior citizen feel I was taken advantage. Original faucet lasted over 20 yrs. from **** ***** and was approx. $200.00 .

    Terrible experience, outrageously expensive and didn't have to buy a new faucet when all needed was a part!! Management not not very nice.

    I am Very concerned for the elderly and people on a fixed income thinking this is an honest company. Fixed pricing does not give a company the right to ripped you off!
    My most recent encounter involve replacing a $2 Pex connector for my water filter. Yes Aiello did arrive on time. The technician was professional as he look at the issue, and typed into his IPad.
    At this point he informed me it would be $687 to replace this little plastic connector. He wanted to use Brass, OK so now it is a $10 connector. $687 !!!!!! And that is with my "Premium" monthly account for Preferred Service. So in actuality it was $787!!! Are you kidding me!!!
    I refused and was still charged $99. I called a local handy man/friend. I didn't even ask the price.....because I knew Aiello was way off base. When he was done, He said $15 please. Yup you read that correctly $15.
    What Grandmother would even know they were being ripped off when they are presented this outrageous amount.

    Gustav and Ash were terrific, however, after reading other reviews, I am wondering if the cost was high. My daughter is in a time crunch, preventing us from shopping around. Thankfully, we are being allowed 6 months no interest to pay off the $6000+ bill.

    Aiello provided very prompt appointments and communicates well about when the tech will arrive. The tech took the time to explain what he was seeing and doing and called me in to make a d3 ision about a tricky repair. He cleaned up well and was very courteous. I wil definitely use them again for other projects.

    This Company is not to be trusted! Completely unethical. They took full monetary advantage of an 84 year old women. They charged her more than double the amount of money for a garbage disposal replacement than all local businesses. Did not give her an itemized bill and asked her to sign the contract after all the work was done. They charged her $980 for the service. Absolutely disgraceful!!

    Always excellent service with Aiello, they are my first call for plumbing issues. My service on 2/3/25 was handle by technician James who was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to me before working on the plumbing. I would definitely recommend Aiello to family and friends.

    I've had complex and cascading issues with my heating system and Aiello has responded every time, even though they did not install the system originally. This time Anthony B********* was the technician who finally figured it all out and solved the problem! He was very systematic, thorough, and comprehensive in his problem-solving, persistently pursuing tech support from the original manufacturer and finally resolving the issue. He explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the plan and the charges. I now have heat I can regulate and consistent hot water for showers so I'm ready for winter!

    In response to the owner. Your company provided overpriced inadequate service. Your technician DID NOT inspect the unit. All he did was unplug and plug the unit back in, a trained monkey could have done that. How is this considered a service call which we paid $99 for. I’m truly shocked and disappointed by your response. I’m further disgusted by your idea of good service. I’m glad my husband could fix it and not pay your ridiculous prices. I can’t even imagine how hard it would be for someone who didn’t have the capabilities to do it for themselves, especially us seniors or a single parent who had no idea how they might fix the issue. What your technician did, which you endorse, is to pray on unsuspecting customers hoping they will choose to pay your outrageous prices. This job could have been done easily by any trained technician in about 45 minutes of work and a reasonable price of $400-500 would have benefited both the business and the customer. Instead you failed to get the job loosing $1215 along with a customer. Word of mouth can make or break a company, so why leave a bad taste in your customers mouths?
