We hired Corbett HVAC to have a External exhaust fan for our spice business. They required a prepaid fee for a guy to come out and give an job inquiry. Was told that the hourly fee was $125 an hour for labor and any parts used. ok... Was told that he would be there at 8 am. Ok... Here is the list of what happened... A) Guy(s) didn't show up till 10:30 after I called twice, one at 9, and another at 10:15 to find out where the repair truck was. B) I supplied the fan and a brand new smoke pipe and a part of one for installation with the understanding that it was to be a 45 degree angle for proper venting. After 2 "supply runs", they cut a 1' piece off of the new piece after they purchased 2 new smoke pipes! they also charged for a whole pound of screws when that should have been on their truck from other projects. I am now stuck with parts that I cannot return or use. C) they were on the work site from 10:30am to 3:30pm, with two supply runs included so that means 5 hours of labor. When I get the phone call, I was told that they were charging me for 7 hours of labor!!! After a discussion with managerial, they were willing to only remove 1 hour of labor and not reimburse me for the wasted parts! I received no itemized list of what the parts used cost, only a list and a total charge. After two additional phone calls, I finally received an invoice and there is no way I can leave a review on their website!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!! Do not recommend!!!
