On its website the business states "Our commitment to you includes A 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." According to the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term guarantee, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details can be seen prior to sale. These details must disclose any material limitations on the guarantee. Advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee,” or similar representations in advertising if the seller refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. BBB suggested to the business that if its policy does not include a full refund, that it consider modifying this statement, but did not receive a reply.As of May 2024, the website for Quality Home Care is unavailable and includes the statement "This Site is Under Construction. We are making new changes. We'll be back soon!"
