1 starWhen I got my plaque, there was a piece chipped off the bottom and my glass frame was cracked. $417.62 I paid. They at first told me that they weren't responsible for anything that happened in the mail. Finally I got them to say that they'd help me out. Its been over 2 years and I still don't have another plaque that they promised they'd send. On top of this. The picture inside the broken frame has started turning yellow. SMDH! 1 starThere really needs to be a ZERO star rating for these annoying people. They will not stop calling us. We are a small, community focused, non-profit that does not have time for these unsolicited calls. They find newspaper articles and try to sell you silly plaques, similar to something you would receive in an elementary youth soccer league. They relentlessly ask for personal staff emails...are you even serious? Just stop and leave people doing actual good work alone.

1 starI have repeatedly asked for them to quit calling me several times per day over the past two months but they don't ever stop. I just had 2 more calls within 30 minutes of each other after I asked them again to stop calling. They are worse than the extended car warranty people. They use different phone numbers so I've resorted to blocking each new number they call on.That's Great News, LLC

5 starsWe received a great product, but it was unfortunately damaged during shipping. I reached out to customer service and they immediately rectified the issue, without passing blame to the shipping company or making me jump through hoops. The second plaque was delivered quickly, and was packaged more securely ensuring it's intact arrival. We've used this company many times for our non-profit and military affiliated awards, and will continue to do so. Thank you for the great service!That's Great News, LLC

1 starThis company is outrageous. They relentlessly call and email despite you not replying or specifically stating that you are not interested and to stop contacting you. On many days, I've received 3 calls a day!
I got so fed up, I decided to answer one day. I was giving a cryptic speech. I asked if they were selling something. I was told no, and they asked for my email address. I foolishly gave it. Then I got an email asking me to buy something! I unsubscribed and replied back saying to stop contacting me.
The next morning, I received yet another call. A few hours later, I got another sales email but from a different person. Seriously?!
I feel like I am being harassed! I'm keeping the call log in case I need to take further action.That's Great News, LLC

1 starZERO stars! WAYYYYY to many phone calls from this company, despite me repeatedly asking them to remove our business from their call list. Sometimes 3-4 calls per day. Does not seem to matter how much I ask them to stop calling because we aren't interested in them putting a news article on a metal plaque -- they still call. It's now been over two weeks of daily calls.
Might be a great product - but "no" means no ---- doesn't mean keep calling us!That's Great News, LLC
