We are a ******, a public, not for profit, low funded ******. And this company contacts us constantly any time our name is mentioned in the newspaper. We have told them every time they do this we are not interested in their plaque that puts the article on a piece of wood for us. We don't have the money, desire or interest in this product. Please remove us from the call list. We have ZERO interest in doing business with you or getting this ever. We have very limited funds even if we were and it's not going to go to this we assure them. Still sure enough, every time they start the calls again trying to have us buy it. Then they start using fake numbers that you know are phony from weird locations and it's them again trying to sell us the same product we have told them we are not interested in and to remove the number from their list. They say they will but call again and the process repeats constantly. We are a ******, we have to keep our lines open for parents, students and our public that we represent. We don't have many employees and every time they call they are tying our lines up with nonsense. We have complained before and it stopped for a week but here we are again with them once again calling every time. Our number should be PERMANANTLY removed from their list. This is now the second time we are going through this request. A third time will then go to the next step where we are going take it further than just filing a nice request here. Remove our number forever. We will never, ever, ever, ever buy this. EVER! EVER! Remove our number. This is the last time we will request this politely. Next time we look into other methods so you will get the message to stop calling us trying to sell a ****** something they don't want or have the funds or interest in purchasing. No matter how many times you call or fake numbers you use to do it.

I'm very sorry for the excessive marketing outreach you've experienced—I completely understand how frustrating that can be. While we don’t use fake numbers, I can see how it might feel that way when multiple calls come through.

I’ve added your phone number to our Do Not Call list, and it should be permanently removed going forward. If you receive any further unwanted contact, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly—I’ll make sure it’s looked into and resolved.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The original complaint included an attachment the clearly shows that you are infringing on our copyright by selling images and content from ****** ****.

I have had dozens of complaints from people familiar with our brand thinking that we are monetizing our content.  I have had to explain that your company is in no way affiliated with us and you are trying  to profit of content and images that you have no proprietary right to us.

I want it to cease and desist immediately.

    Sincerely,

Has been constantly, constantly, constantly contacting our school non-stop via calls. Company is trying to sell us a plaque of an article showcasing our teams win in a tournament. We have told him already, thank you we are not interested but that doesn't stop the calls. We have stopped answering his calls when he didn't get the message that we weren't interested. Now he will just leave long voice mails of him breathing heavily into the phone for 2 minutes before hanging up. Then the process repeats with at least 5 calls daily and breath breathing messages left on our school's voicemail. This is a school, not a public business and this has to stop. When you are told we aren't interested, that should be enough of a response to get the hint that we don't want to buy your piece of wood with an article laminated on it for hundreds of dollars. The event is already over a month passed and yet he still is calling non stop to try to sell this. Please tell this very annoying and persistent salesman to stop contacting our school. We are not interested and will NEVER be interested in purchasing this. If this continues, we are going to get the proper authorities involved as we know very well where the company is located and have more than enough of a paper trail to show the amount of times he has contacted us and left heavy breathing messages for us when our phones are used for parents and students to get important messages to us. Not to sell us something we have no intention of ever buying no matter how many times he calls to breathe into our voicemail system. Please stop calling. No means no. We are not interested.

Our local newspaper interviewed me in 2024 and since then this company has reached out on multiple occasions to try and sell me the news article plaque mounted. I've asked the sales rep to stop soliciting me, when it continued I re-sent my request and quoted the affirmation of receipt of my request from the sales rep who again assured me that I would no longer be contacted. I've gone through and used the unsubscribe feature in the sales email and I am still getting emails on the same promotional piece. This echoes similar complaints I can see lodged against this company and it's not acceptable that they're entrusted with personal contact information as a third party and have no respect for boundaries, or understanding that I didn't give them or the media outlet permission to share my personal contact information - least of all for this type of sales work.

This company is constantly calling us. I have told them time and time again to remove our phone number and stop calling us. This has caused a constant disruption to my day. One day, we received about eight calls from them in a row. I finally told her we are filing a complaint with the BBB because she will not remove our phone number. No one should have to put up with this. remove our phone number...period.
