            I pay out of pocket to be seen here and get dentistry and orthodontist work done. On 10/30/23 I went in for a follow up appointment as I was seen the last week and had a cracked tooth that they could not do anything about on this date but asked me to come back. I had to request time off from my job for this and I came in earlier than my appointment time but was told my appointment was canceled because "I did not confirm" as they had my old number that was changed a week ago. They stated that they took me off the schedule and put somebody else in. However, this policy is not in writing. I asked to speak to the manager who did not seem concerned at all and I asked her to confirm that this was ok with the dentist, she did not. I did not consent to having an important appointment canceled and did not have anything in writing provided that stated this policy. The issue was urgent and they knew as they had me come back the following week and they still turned me away.

            I NEEDED TWO TEETH TO BE TAKEN OUT AND WITH TWO OTHER PRACTICES THEY CONFIRMED THE TWO TEETH THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT ARE NOT THE ONES DR DENTAL TOOK OUT AND ITS NOT THE TEETH I POINTED TO RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS FACE AND A COUPLE TIMES AT THAT AND THE DENTIST ENDED UP TAKING OUT THE TWO THAT DONT SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN OUT. I HAVE ULCERS ALL AROUND MY MOUTH AND THE AREAS THEY WORKED ON. HE STRUGGLED SO MUCH TO TAKE MY TEETH OUT THAT HIS HANDS HURTED. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE OUT TWO MORE TEETH THAT ARE THE ONES THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN OUT AND THE ONE SREALLY INFECTED. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND I CAN TELL THE OFFICE GOT REALLY DEFENSIVE AND I WORK WITH MAJOR DOCTORS AND I GET IT WE DEFEND OUT PROVIDERS BUTLIKE MYSELF IF MY DOCTOR IS WRONG HES WRONG AND THATS IT ILL ADMIT IT AND IM OPEN WITH HIM SO DEFENDING A WRONG SHOWS THE PURITY PEOPLE HAVE IN THE FIELD THEY WORK FOR AND ITS ABOUT THE CHECK NOT ABOUT THE RIGHT HTING AND PATIENTS HEALTH. OH WAIT BUT FIRST TIME THEY PUT BRACES WITHOUT CLEANING OR CHECKING MY TEETH OUT COMPLETLY WHICH IS THE CORRECT WAY TO DO THINGS AND THEY THEMSELVES HAD TO TAKE THE BRACES OFF THAT THEY MISTAKENLY PUT. DEFIENLY UPSET AND I LEARNED MY LESSON.
