            We hired David M***** to be our General Contractor, based on a local recommendation (just moved to ** in November 2021), to renovate a room into a master bedroom (turns out we may have been an early stooge). He was disorganized, didn't communicate when crews were scheduled, crews did very poor workmanship (e.g., have to demo/rebuild much of the shower as totally constructed wrong to add to our costs)...but this complaint centers around the fact that he refused to give us receipts for materials and labor; we asked constantly. While we foolishly gave him money with such poor results (guess we were just overly excited) never got receipts. He took another $10,000 and quit shortly thereafter. Three trades experts told us since that the work at this point would be at most $30,000 but we paid M***** about $42,000 with no receipts. We ask you to get all materials and labor receipts so we can see what his work was actually worth before we possibly take legal action. Thanks

            Excellent service, came as promised for quote and was true to his word on date service was to be delivered, length of time for the job to be completed, and price for work was very fair. HARD WORKING CREW and we will call them again. Very satisfied with this Company.
