  Appletree Billing has made it so that I actually get paid by insurance companies. On Time!!!
  I had a lot of trouble managing this in my private practice. It's great to let go of this headache so I can focus on my clients.

  Appletree Billing and Credentialing has saved me the headache of submitting claims for my private practice. The efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work is above average. From the very first video call with Steve F. I knew that I would not just be a number to them. The company does a fine job of making it personal while providing excellent service.   My practice, MBHS, has been with Appletree Billing for going on two years now and still going strong. As the owner of the practice, the attention to detail and the ability to do several tasks, like credentialing, in addition to health insurance billing is a strong and affordable combination.
  To be honest, there were some "bumps" in the beginning, however, I truly appreciate the openness and willingness to communicate and work through issues and get to mutual solutions together. I especially appreciate having a dedicated billing representative, Bettie, who I cannot say enough about her professionalism, communication style and experience overall. Bettie is a joy to work with. I highly recommend Appletree Billing to anyone looking for a help with third party insurance billing issues.

  Owning a practice is very stressful and time consuming. I have been working with Appletree Billing and Credentialing for several years and they have been the most responsible biller I have every had. In the past I have struggled with other Billers to meet my billing needs and they cost my business a lot of money by not being on top of my billing needs. Appletree has helped me reduce the stress of being a private practice owner. They are responsive and care about helping me manage my billing part of my business.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Appletree Billing and their amazing staff. They have help guide me through very complex insurance issues stemming from mistakes and complications caused by another billing and credentialing company. For over a year, Appletree staff have been providing concierge services. You could not ask for, nor hope for, better response from nor accessibility to management. Special shout out to Connie & Bettie!!!! They have work very closely with Horizon **** in fixing credentialing issues caused by a previous vendor. Wish I could give more stars...

  We have been working with Appletree Billing and Credentialing for several years now and they have been the most effective and communicative biller we have every had. In the past we have struggled with other Billers to meet our needs. However, since we have moved to Appletree we have seen both an increase in our billing efficiency and a decrease in our initial rejections. On top of this when a problem or situation arises (inevitable with insurance billing) Appletree is able to be reached and has always come up with an effective solution in short time.
