In Sept, I tried to book with ParkSleepFly for a stay in *******. At booking/pay time, I received, error messages on the computer. I tried several times, not knowing what was wrong. Eventually I gave up and booked with someone else. I then discovered 7 charges on the credit card. I tried contacting them, of course no luck, and they responded with no reservation, no ID, and I had neither. Not a reservation with the hotel. The bank has been unable to find sufficient reason not to think this is a valid charge. 7 times for a parking/hotel? Someone has made over $800 on this, $300 over what the reservation would have cost.Initial Complaint

We booked the hotel and it said it was going through renovations. But once we arrived the mess was much more than that. There were workers in the hallways painting. Drywall dust and mud every where. Floors, walls, elevators. You could hardly breathe as the air was polluted with the dust and debris. Upon entering the room we knew there was no way we could stay here do to 2 of our guest has breathing issues and it was already effecting them. One room the AC did not work and they told us they would give us a fan to put in balcony door to pull out the hot air. The bathtub was leaking water as well. We immediately went to the front desk with these issues and they said they have no other rooms available they had to cancel all other reservations because the water line had burst. So not only are we out the $425.00 but we also had to find a last minute hotel and parking for the week that was not budgeted for. Which in the end cost us a lot more. This hotel is a complete health hazard and should NOT be taking any reservations.Initial Complaint

I booked a hotel through park sleep fly and and due to a computer error in the booking they had me checking in on the day I was supposed to check out. I notified them within an hour of making the reservation. They told me there was no cancellations and they were charging me anyway. I didn’t want to cancel. On August 30, 2025, my wife used ParkSleepFly.com to book a room for us at the ** ******. When I made the reservation, the website did not confirm the transaction and did not provide a reservation number. It did throw a webpage Java error so we assumed it did not go through so we tried again. I noticed our **** card was posted with 4 “pending” transactions. I assumed that the pending transactions would drop off when the merchant did not post them. Well, they did post them. We tried to contact ParkSleepFly, but on their website, they do not list a phone number, the phone number listed on the **** transaction is completely bogus, it offers to sell you the 800 # if you want it! They let you “email” them from the website (but that’s not really email then, is it?) We have sent messages to them three times regarding the issue, and they have yet to email me back.
I have disputed the charges with **** and they will attempt to contact the merchant (good luck!). I have also blocked this merchant from ever charging my credit card again. I believe **** will reverse the charges eventually. Based upon the complaints that go unanswered here on the BBB site, I really do believe this is a fraud site. They have a script that charges your CC but does nothing else and there is no one there to listen to, much less resolve customer complaints. I’m sure there is a guy’s bank account on the other end of those CC charges. I think the BBB should notify the *** to look into what I believe is fraudulent activity on this website by its registered owners.Initial Complaint

On or around April 30, 2025, I used ParkSleepFly.com to book a room for my spouse and me at the ** ****** *** * ****** ** ******* ********* *******. When I made the reservation, I inadvertently entered the wrong dates for our stay. I went in to correct the dates, but it would not allow me to. I tried to contact ParkSleepFly, but on their website, they do not list a phone number; they only have an email address. I have emailed them twice regarding the issue, and they have yet to email me back. I looked extensively online for a phone number for the company and also called La Quinta Inn & Suites to see if they had a number for them. The hotel informed me that they did not have a phone number for them and that the company only uses email. We were charged $579.57 for a stay that we did not use. I would like to have my money refunded, but I cannot get anyone from the company to contact me. I will never use this company again and plan on making sure everyone that I can knows how they do business.Initial Complaint

I called the number ###-###-#### the day before the check in day and cancelled the reservation since a family emergency came up and I no longer needed the reservation. I spoke to Jeff and he told me that it would be cancelled. I asked him if I needed to do anything else to make sure this was cancelled and I was refunded. He told me I didn’t need to do anything else and that I will receive a refund. After a week I still did not receive a refund so I called again and spoke to Jeff again who assured me that I would be getting a refund and that he could see that the reservation was cancelled. After two weeks of still not receiving a refund I called again to be told the same thing by Jeff again. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and it was denied by the company
I am still going through the process to continue to fight this with my credit card company. Again I called and spoke with Jeff who seemed concerned that this had happened and assured me that he would be issuing the refund himself and I would see it by last week Tuesday. Now I am trying to reach Jeff on that same number and I keep getting sent to voicemail. I have left a voicemail and have not received a call back. This is very frustrating and I would like this handled immediately. I never used that reservation never checked into the hotel. The number I called was *********1. Jeff has always answered that number. I have spoken with Jeff many times throughout this ordeal. Now I get a voicemail Everytime I call.Initial Complaint

I booked a package on parksleepfly.com the package included hotel nights, parking, and a shuttle to and from the airport. When the shuttle service was not provided as agreed, parksleepfly.com was unwilling to reimburse my rideshare expenses or resolve the problem in any way. They directed me to work with the hotel, but I paid parksleepfly for the service so the hotel pushed me to parksleepfly. Parksleepfly.coom has no problem taking your money for a service and then offers no help or resolution if the services they sold you are ultimately not provided.Initial Complaint

I was charged 597.47. My total invoice was 415.60. An overcharge of 181.87. I have tried to contact company endlessly. I either need the total amount back and purchase cancelled or the overcharge returned. My booking date is Monday and I need this cleared up as soon as possible.Business Response

Because our reservation service is based in the ****** ******, the original
charge was billed in US dollars.
However, any changes in the exchange rate and fees imposed
by the customer’s credit card may result in a difference between the amount
quoted and the final amount charged to their card.
The customer was refunded on 08/03/2024. Please see attached

on Sept. 28 2023 I paid $559.09 for a Hotel Stay and Parking package at the *** ** ****** ***** ******* ***** **** ****** for a April 12 &18 2024 vacation (ParkSleepFly was the third-party provider) Reservation #******* when I checked in the hotel acknowledged the invoice and reservation being prepaid. And now 4 months later the Hotel is charging my account again.
