ordered a stethoscope for my little sister’s graduation gift. The estimate delivery date was fine and a week before I needed gift. The date of the estimated delivery comes but I didn’t receive anything. No email with tracking information, no call back - nothing. I have emailed and called company with no response.
I now have to find another gift because this company has taken my money & will not update me on when I should be receiving product.Business Response

Bought an ******** **** digital attachment stethoscope from Medisave USA in August 2024 and this item had some issues covered by warranty so I reached out to *** ****** who told me to contact the place where I purchased it for further guidance. At first Medisave told me to go back to *** ****** and I continued to get the run around for 4 weeks before Medisave decided to help. They offered some tips on alleviating the issue but it didnt work and therefore they sent me a return label so that they could work on repairing my device. Its been 3 weeks from today and I still have not heard back from Medisave. Everytime I call, the phone disconnects and I have tried from multiple phone numbers. I even tried emailing to no avail. This is sickening and I feel like I have been stolen from. Unfortunately I am over 1000 miles away so I cannot visit the place listed as their address to get my item back. I have tried getting in contact with Medisave customer service one way or another. Have called their customer service number at least 9 times, have sent an email, tried contacting through *********, ******** and ******* and still no response. I placed an order for an stethoscope on 12/9 and almost 10 days after i have no update or idea when its coming. My delivery window was 7 days and its past that. Extremely unprofessional how difficult it is to get any answers. Want to get in contact to either get my product sent or cancel my order.Business Response

I did not pay for expedited shipping but to take over 2 weeks and still just say order placed is concerning. I placed an order for a stethoscope and it said it’d be delivered by November 9th. I tried to track it but there’s no tracking number provided, just an order number. There’s no real way to reach a representative, no live agent, and no one answers the customer service line. I got an automated response from their email but no further action. On April 10, 2024, I ordered a stethoscope from Medisave for $313.49, order number ********, and requested engraving.
When I received the stethoscope, I was not pleased with the quality of the engraving as three of the characters (in the name I requested) ran into the field of and directly on the line below the manufacturer’s information. It looked very unprofessional and not at all like the excellent examples shown on their website. I contacted the company and provided pictures, but they were unwilling to correct the issue. They told me part of the problem was the length of the name. I asked why they hadn’t contacted me first knowing of this. I could have shortened the name or chosen not to have engraving done at all. They also blamed the manufacturer (********) for “encroaching on our engraving field” with their information.
This was an expensive graduation gift for my granddaughter that I wanted to make very special. The poor engraving is such a disappointment. I would very much like to have Medisave redo this engraving or refund my money.Business Response

We have been in touch with this customer and explained that the engraving is entirely consistent with our process and could not be redone. Unmet expectation is always a challenge and, in defense of the customer's concern, the image online does show the manufacturer's stamp (manufacturer's name, serial number and now disclosure of sourcing) as it originally appeared on this model. ******** constantly makes changes to their products and, as a result, our terms and conditions stipulate that "All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product." This stethoscope is now supplied to us with a new stamp that encroaches on our traditional engraving field. As explained to the customer, we have no choice but to engrave below the stamp. We take great pains to avoid hitting ********'s stamp with our personalization. Had the engraving actually made contact with the stamp we would, as a policy, replace the item but we have no other engraving option or alternative personalization with which to replace this stethoscope. Compensation was offered but the customer seems unsatisfied. While unfortunate that the customer finds their engraving so disappointing, it is the same service we offer hundreds of customers a week - with great satisfaction - as a preferred distributor of personalized ******** products.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Medicare should have explained to me BEFORE ordering that they “have no choice but to engrave below the stamp.” Had I known this, I could have shortened the name or chosen no engraving at all.
Also, the offered compensation of $12 plus change is not at all satisfactory given this situation.
Finally, I find it hard to believe that “hundreds” of other customers would find this service acceptable. I am not a customer that easily complains and have never filed a written complaint for any service, until now.
Medisave is not a company that I would be able to recommend.
