      I paid for a month, cancelled on day 3, and Tossable Digits cut the line immediately, no access, no refund, no empathy. Support insisted my number was “actively used” because one automated SMS hit the inbox; outbound SMS has never worked (not last cycle, not this one). Their “cancel anytime” promise really means “forfeit what you’ve already paid unless you re-enter your card and risk another charge.” A rigid, almost punitive policy that skirts consumer-protection norms and leaves customers feeling cornered. Think twice.

      From the initial contact to signing up, Tossable Digits provided an efficient and seamless experience. Their team was thorough in answering my questions and explaining the services available, making the entire process clear and straightforward. The porting and onboarding were handled with precision, and I was given clear instructions to understand and utilize their services effectively.
      A special mention goes to Falisa from the support team, who was incredibly helpful and made everything so much easier for me. Her expertise and advice were invaluable, and I feel confident relying on her guidance.
      It’s rare to find such high-quality service these days, and I’m truly impressed. Highly recommend Tossable Digits for their professionalism and outstanding support.

      My only good experience was with the customer service chat (there was no phone contact).
      There are no videos regarding set-up, outdial, and other features. 2 old videos on YouTube.
      This service is not your usual phone service and, in my opinion, they failed to make it clear before signing up.
      (No Contract Required, Cancel Anytime) but There is NO refund.
      I view BBB members as credible and trustworthy but this might be an exception.
