      I want to thank E-Rewards for offering me the opportunity to participate in the review process. First, I want to say that the support team does an awesome job of trying to take care of your concern. I reached out to them several times and each time I have received an email dealing with my concerns. Thank you support team for doing a really good job.
      When reading the reviews, which I did for all 40 pages, I was pleased to read the good as well as the not so good. The BBB also lets you read all the supportive reviews as well as the negative reviews. I think that is great and I appreciate that very much.
      I noticed that the reviews in the very early years were a bit negative, but still they are listed. The latest reviews show a lot of people complaining that they are taking a survey and after nearly completing the survey they say you do not qualify and are kicked out of the survey. That has also happened to me but I think they either didn't like my answers or I might have been too old and they don't need my answers. I just take this with a grain of salt and move on to another survey. Sadly that has happened more and more but I still keep taking the surveys.
      Overall I still believe that E-Rewards is a good company and have really good businesses participates in the program. One cannot expect EVERYONE to be involved but there are quite a few companies. I don't have an issue with not getting my certificate but IF I do, the support team normally helps and what more can a person ask.
      I want to thank the company for offering me the opportunity to participate in this review. I understand that the company does as good a job responding to each review which is exceptionally nice. My hope is that those who read my review will have a good day and their life be filled with happiness.

      They will ask for my birth date near the beginning of the survey. When you finish a survey, you are credited points to your account right away. In the last 4 years more and more surveys have been putting their demographic info at the end. So, you can spend a great deal of time on a survey and be told you don't qualify and get some token points. However, sometimes if you contact them right away and complain they will give you the points you have coming. Why can't they put qualify data at the beginning of the survey?

      I have to say in the past it was better than it was now. The points were better system before they changed it. You used to get better prizes. Depending on when you join like my niece, you can put it towards an A***** ****. But I joined earlier and they’ve never updated it so I can’t get an ****** card which I think is sucky. Sometimes you’re halfway through a survey and then they say you’re not qualified. And give you nothing you just wasted 20 minutes of my time. So basically I keep going for the same gift cards cause nothing new has come on and they’ve taken all magazines off.

      Dynata surveys are generally relevant and graphically appealing. The surveys rarely have such small radio buttons that answering is tedious. Some of the surveys have too many of the odious sex/gender questions to appease the rainbow Mafia. Compensation is usually fair.

      I have been an E-Rewards member for many years, as has my wife. It has always been an iffy proposition and sometimes more trouble than it's worth - but we keep doing it because it's pretty much the only game in town for keeping points/miles accounts open. Right now the Customer Service people have been doing great. The problem is I have to contact them way too many times - I finish a survey and get a technical error (4 this week) - or they get all my info then say I'm not qualified AFTER I answer all the survey questions. But the worst part is there are so few worthwhile surveys any more. I am not going to spend 25 minutes doing a 50 cent survey. I don't see the numbers - because they don't let you see them - but I would guess for every survey I complete I am disqualified from 8 - and I am disqualified as soon as I tell them how old I am, what my race is and what sex I am - and ALL that data is in the profile - yet they waste our time sending out the surveys anyway. We do our part - but they sure don't do theirs.
