      I have been a member for over 10 years. During that time, I ahve had problems with surveys every now and then. I believe mostly centering on different devices I usse to do them. When this happens, customer service has always taken care of the problem in a very short time and resolved the situation.

      I have been a Diamond member for quite a few years. The surveys are interesting and there are a number of choices for redeeming reward points. Whenever there is a problem with a survey I have found the support team to be timely and comprehensive in their response. E-rewards is a good way to earn rewards for anyone having time or need to invest in this endeavor.

      I've been a member for 13 years and participate regularly. The rewards are valuable but recent trends have resulted in many more credit requests than in the past; not good. It's about transparency wrt estimated vs. actual survey times and being properly compensated. Yes, the process is voluntary and you're a business not a ******** ******** volunteers would be hard to find if they knew it would take 33-50% more of their time than they were told at the start.Once started, there's no real way to know what the actual time will be, and by the time you realize it's taking longer than estimated, you're too far into it to quit. It's a clever way to get more for less and the part of the game I dislike. I'd like to think the people who are so adamant about honestly answering their survey would be honest about the time/compensation, but it's not so. I believe "panel members" are caught in the middle and appreciate their time, but don't need to read 'standard answers to standard complaints' responses over and over again. Some of their email statements directly contradict survey messages i.e. "Your responses have been recorded". It's as if they've never read a user's agreement where many of them state "any/all responses will be recorded once the survey begins" even if you're disqualified. If payment is based on survey completion, then we're not the only ones losing credit.For Dynata: What are the rules/standards in place for the companies submitting the surveys? Are they told they need to be honest about survey times or they won't get posted? I get it, they're paying the bills, and you can't QC every survey that comes in, but my time has value and the same is true for my peers.Requests for e-Rewards, Trustpilot or BBB reviews following credit award are constant and take time as well. I've asked for some limits but apparently nobody reads the notes or the body of an email any more. Good service deserves good reviews but the non-stop/auto-spam function needs to stop.

      I have been a member of ERewards for many years and find that completing surveys is interesting and very rewarding. There is a large variety of gift cards available and make the time commitment worth the effort. However, it would be nice to have a grocery venue available. Occasionally there are surveys that will ask for feedback after testing a product they send you.Customer Support is always very responsive with any questions or concerns.

      I have been on e-Rewards now for 3 years give or take, any survey related issues have been quickly resolved and any reward points earned credited to my account promptly. I have been able use thousands of points to buy gift certificates for all kinds of businesses with never a problem. My only comment would be that e-Rewards increase the variety of gift certificates they offer.

      I've been a member for a little over a year. If you complete a survey and don't get credit; simply contact Customer Support and explain the problem and they will credit your account. It's best to provide as much information as possible, such as how many points, the time and date you finished the survey and the link (if possible). I love being a member receiving gift cards for a grocery store and some very good restaurants.

      This survey Company provides surveys to members who can earn rewards for completing them. Although some surveys are requested by their clients who basically control the questions there are issues when a survey is near completion and the taker is informed they do not qualify, which should have been determined much earlier in the survey process. DYNATA is extremely fair in rewarding full or partial credit to the taker for their time and effort. Their **************** ******************** has been outstanding in their response to this issue which "not qualified" is determined not by them but in the requested survey design by their clients.
