    I recently had the pleasure of working with Total Mechanical Systems for an HVAC issue at my home, and I could not be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident.
    I wholeheartedly recommend TMS to anyone in need of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, or Electrical services! They're expertise, reliability, and EXFEPTIONAL customer service truly set them apart.

    With the original call the electrician solved part of the problem. I called numerous times to try and get an answer regarding trenching that needs to be done to get electricity to our garage. Every time I called I was told someone would call me back....that never happened. No way to run a business. Very disappointing. Will never do business with this company again.

    Please send Mike to my house again. He was very knowledgeable courteous and was able to rectify the problem. A technician was unable to rectify the first time. I would appreciate it if Mike is our service tech in the future well done Mike

    To say our experience with TMS was disappointing would be a massive understatement. After having two heat pumps and HVAC systems installed, we had to call with issues six times in the first year (each time that they claimed to fix something, they ended up breaking something else). These issues led to freezing nights with no heating, heat waves with no cooling, and a miswire that caused our electric bill to skyrocket one month, costing us thousands. For each of these six calls, we experienced no-shows, call-back promises that never materialized, and a lack of accountability. I had to make 65 calls to them in the first year to get the ineffective service I did get. At that point, we had the head of servicing come out, and he promised to call us back with a specialist for our ductwork. However, we never received a call, which was the final straw.
    They also never submitted our rebate when they said they would, leaving us without that money for months. They sold us a humidifier that did not do what it claimed to do and has had no impact, resulting in only 20% internal humidity in the winter. Lastly, the system they sold us cannot handle the house's size, leaving us with a system that barely handles hot summer days and runs all day trying to keep up.
    Overall, TMS was a mistake. One that has cost us weeks of time, thousands of dollars, and vast amounts of stress. I warn anyone thinking of working with them to think again and run in the opposite direction. This company employs unqualified “technicians” who treat your home like their first science project.

    I had a very shady experience dealing with this company. After a plumbing job was complete and paid for in full. They called me the next day saying I didn't pay. I let them know I had the receipt , then they said there was a second invoice I needed to pay. I advised them again, I payed in full, they would not remove "second" bill until they spoke with manager. Called back about 3 hours later, I still own them money. Once I told them I would be filling out an honest review, the manager showed up, and I was all set. Seniors beware.

    Very disappointed central air went out in middle of heat wave had TMS come out gave us quote to replace decided to go with them they came out and replaced were there from 8am to 11pm everything was running when they left an hour later fan working but condenser outside stopped we called next day they promised someone would be out waited all day then were told nobody would be able to make it came the next day for some reason did kick on prior to them coming out they did check everything still don’t know why it stopped no problems yet but in the process of installing did gouge recently finished wood floor did show to person that came out he took pictures we did talk to manager that was over a week ago I’m pretty sure if we have issues again we’re going to have problems getting somebody to come out still waiting to hear about floor very dissatisfied

We’re glad we could complete the installation the same day, but we’re truly sorry to hear about the issue with the condenser shortly after and the delay in follow-up service.

    I can’t even come close to explain the whole story in the 2000 characters I’m given. The Techs that I dealt with are the only semi knowledgeable people in this whole company. EVERYONE in the office including the “bosses and supervisors” have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. These people are scam artists. From the awful scheduling, to them trying to steal our $500 deposit in the end, I can’t explain enough why everyone should stay far far away from these people. They’ve cost us SO much stress and aggravation over the almost two months that we dealt with them, and we didn’t even get anything done by the end. They also cost both myself and my wife a day of pay for taking the day off on the day they were supposed to do the instal. Never ever again. Do yourself a favor and find a real company.

    My family and I had work done last week on Thursday. We were happy with the job when they left that day and I even gave a 5 star review and signed a contract with them. Their workers were very friendly.
    The next day the new pipes (pictures attached) created a monsoon all over our downstairs, water that flowed through two rooms, into the garage, and the carpet was soaked in the hall. However the guy who made the mistake owned it and they came out that night to fix their plumbing mistake.
    A water mitigation and restoration company was called that night and they promptly did what was needed to get our house ready for repair, including dehumidifying, drying, tearing down the drywall that was SOAKED through so we didn’t get mold (because they have to by state standards), and sucked up 5 gallons of water out of our carpet. On Tuesday they were done with demo and ready to come start restoration.
    Why TMS gets 1 star from me is because we still don’t have walls. TMS is upset because the other guys did their job the way they’re supposed to and cost TMS money they didn’t want to spend. They tried throwing them under the bus, stating their work was sloppy when the demo job was up to safe standards and done well. Now, instead of letting the other guys finish their job, TMS wants to use “their own guy” who is going on vacation next week and we’re supposed to wait until he gets back for them to do anything about their mess. They won’t accept another contractor. They are not interested in finding someone else to fix what they’ve screwed up.
    We are extremely unhappy with how they are handling this situation and I will be cancelling my contract with them. These statements have been corroborated with the restoration company and are based on the phone calls we have had over the last three days with three different people at TMS. I would be careful about using them.
