I will not recommend this dealer to anyone because the only thing they want from you is 1000 or 2000 down payment as soon as you gave. them your money you are in big trouble. I bought a 2014 jeep ***** ********* they supposed to give me the car with inspection and running very well that's no true after a week. I took the car back because the jeep star making a noise. they told me. it was to be fix a couple hours, but they spent almost 2 weeks every time that I call the manager was sick the Mecannic call out the sale personal was on vacation they always have an excuse not to tell you the true, but this is my last time on that dealer I never going to buy a car from then. is not worth to get a Vehicule from that dealer. Poor customer service not good mechanic a lot of liars so think about it 200 times before you go there..Review from Barry T.

After spending weeks researching prices and dealers for used SUVs, I brought my adult daughter to choose from more than 5, picked from their web site beforehand. Alex spent hours with us, locating and retrieving each car from their huge remote lot, patiently answering our questions, and providing me space to mechanically inspect each. We had a very positive experience and hope to finalize a purchase next week.Review from Avianna H

It was a bad idea buying a car from them. Was promised things would be fixed on the vehicle before I picked it up. And nothing was done I keep having to bring the car to get things fixed but end up with the same issues that already should have been fixed. They sold us a van with a bad transmission after they inspected it. The van has been in their service for 3 weeks 2 weeks after we purchased it because the first week they said their service was closed due to Covid. They clearly sold us a van with major problems and now we have been without it right after purchasing it. The service department is giving us the run around and haven’t fix nothing yet. How can I return this van and get refunded or have them fix the issues. They told us that all cars are inspected before leaving the lot and are good to drive.Review from crystal n

I came to better way way auto to purchase a safe car for my newly driver daughter. My expierence was very good! Dylan communicated very well and made the process very easy for us. Trooper in finance did a great job for us too! i would recommend BWA to my friends and family.Review from Damien D

Paul was extremely extremely helpful , and very professional. He was very open to letting me look at the cars I came in for and was extremely fast too ! Terrible, Trash! No service after the sale. Cars are on the lot with filthy interiors from the auction, waited several weeks because dealer had no paperwork for vehicle from auction after 3 weeks was told to choose a new vehicle. Have had my vehicle 1 year with numerous issues after purchasing the extended warranty it has been nothing but a problem with this service department! This dealership encourages actually almost pushes you to purchase these warranties and then do not wanna honor them! Terrible experience I'd rather pay more and have an A1 experience the staff is probably the worst part. Especially the female SERVICE Manager! Save yourself the trouble pay a couple dollars more and purchase from a reputable dealership and do not bring your car here for service EVER
