1 starI just bought a seat belt housing for my **** ****** ******* * back seat, seat belt. It was the wrong part. When I put into the ****** search engine....seat belt housing cover for **** ******* ******* * it gave me this part and company. I paid for expedited shipping through *** also to have the part here before a very busy weekend. I called the people told them it didn't fit....they said I wouldn't be refunded the shipping and I would have to pay to ship it back. I will never buy from them again.....FCP Euro

1 starBeen purchasing parts for years because of lifetime-warranty and have only had to get a part exchanged once, so far. I was sent the incorrect IBS sensor and requested the correct one or a refund, whichever was best. I thought maybe someone accidentally put the wrong part in the box since it was previously opened and covered in oil. Turns out they label and sell the 6121 ibs sensor at the price of the more expensive 6112 ibs sensor for my 335i. I explained the issue but they were only able to ship another incorrect one. I was refused a refund even after I explained the problem. I figured I was talking to someone that did not know about what they stock so I started a chargeback claim with my bank. Almost immediately they fixed my issue with a refund so I canceled the chargeback. I returned the wrong part and that was that. Recently, I had been waiting on my last purchase after receiving the confirmation email and when I reached out about the delay they said they are refusing me service because of the chargeback process. My guess is its because there is a big chance they might accidentally send me the incorrect item and will refuse to help me again. Looking at the rest of the reviews, I can see I am not the only one who has had problems. I assume they're denying me my "lifetime-warranty" on everything I've purchased from them, as well. The business transactions seemed fine until I had my first hiccup. That's all it took to see what terrible practices FCP Euro has. If you value your money, I'd look elsewhere. They stock the same products as many other sellers but offer what is possibly a bogus "lifetime-warranty".FCP Euro

2 starsINCOMPATIBLE PART LEADS TO NO REFUND. WEBSITE MISLEADING.
I ordered an oxygen sensor for my '19 VW GTI Autobahn. I checked the fitment to make sure this was compatible with my car. I trusted that they had their compatibility correct. Months go by and I take my car to the mechanic to have it installed. He tells me the connection is different. I go home and check for myself and yes the electrical connectors do not match. I call FCP Euro to initiate a return since this was a mistake on their end. I even included a picture of the two connectors side-by-side showing they're incompatible. Ultimately, they refused the refund and now I'm out $130. Pretty unfair if you ask me. I usually have good experiences shopping with them. Not good customer service.FCP Euro

PROBLEM SOLVED
After my BBB complaint, Andrew from FCPEuro reached out to me and offered a prepaid shipping label for me to send the item back for a refund. I also gave him the VIN to my car and sure enough, my engine code doesn't match with the oxygen sensor. They will update their catalog as needed. Props to the company for correcting their mistake.
My advice to anyone shopping at FCP Euro: they're a great company, but make sure you check for compatibility with your car DESPITE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS and do so within 90 days (which is a pretty generous return period). Otherwise, Ill continue ordering my car parts from FCPEuro.Review fromAndrew C

1 starOrdered wiper blades for my **** put in model and year and got ***** replacement parts presented. Ordered them and they are not only the wrong sizes, they don't mount. Tried the return route and they want me to pay shipping. On a $30 order, the shipping for me is about $20 plus a trip to ***. No thanks, and no more parts from FCP Euro.FCP Euro

1 starI am sure others may have written similar reviews. I did not think to take the time to look them up and read them prior to ordering. The company offers a lifetime guarantee for parts. It is not. It is a "purchase the same part at full price again and we will issue you a store credit when you return it".
I saved to do the repair initially. Went with them due to *** Piezo injectors being a know failure on the platform. Thought I would have a problem free car for a few years and an option to keep the car running with peace of mind on having some kind of warranty. Nope! Injectors start leaking shortly after install and coding.
Do the warranty process, pay the local shop, purchase new and send the old back. Only to have a store credit issued for 1,300.00. I don't know how many of you have an extra 1,300.00 to pay out for reapirs after spending the same amount prior. So what should have cost 1,300.00 has now cost me 2,600.00 in parts and that does not include the cost of repair twice! Avoid this company. Car enthusiast used to rave about this company. I see the bean counters have taken over and figured out a way to make it more lucrative for the investors while screwing over the enthusiast that helped them build the company. Find another company. Spend your money elsewhere. It will be cheaper than FCP and you can purchase the parts multiple times and it will probably cost you less.FCP Euro

1 starOrdered a part and was delivered way beyond stated shipping time. multiple messages stating new date for arrival 3 times. I had to leave out of town on certain date and part from fcp would arrive at a later time. Proceeded to get it from *** dealer in order to get vehicle back in running condition at a cost of $700 dollars. Unable to speak with any customer service rep at all. they will contact via email. 1 starAfter being on hold for 27 minutes (rep said 60 people were waiting on hold - because Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT). I was trying to find out WHY there were 2 of the same brand of transmission filters for my car with a Price difference of $113.00+ . They would NOT tell me anything unless I gave them my VIN. I explained to them that I'm private & if I had their VIN to their car, I could find out anything about them. FCP USED to have great customer service - NOT anymore!

1 starI have been a customer for about 10 years. My first order was on 3/17/2015. This company was great for a while but the way they conduct business went down the drain recently, here is why I say that from my personal experience:
1. I don't trust the product reviews on their website. I purchased parts that were very bad (a radiator hose). The hose was not a good fit. It leaked and I had to go to the dealership and buy an OEM hose to get my car to be drivable again. I tried adding a review about that hose, FCP will delete my review. I tried re-adding it multiple times, but they will always delete it. The review was 1 star. The review was professional and only about that product. If they delete bad reviews of products, how will I trust the reviews on their website!
2. In the past they had a very nice return policy where you could return any part for a refund within a year. Also, after a year they will return it for store credit. They changed their policy without any notice. They will accept they return only within 3 months of purchase. They won't accept any return after that.
3. Their life time warranty is very tricky now. They are asking you to re-purchase the exact same product for that warranty to apply. That is terrible, if you buy a part that was low quality and you wanted to change the brand, they won't accept the life-time warranty return! They accept warranty returns in the past as long as you buy the same part regardless of the brand. Now they are very strict about you having to buy the exact same part. This makes their lifetime warranty useless for me.
4. The only reason I used to buy from FCP was their life-time warranty. I could find the same exact part cheaper from other reputable retailers. That includes my local *** dealership that offers cheaper, than FCP euro prices, if I order online and pick-up instore.
At this point, I will not be placing any new orders through FCP except for the warranty orders that I have placed in the past.

1 starSCAM: FCP Euro Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
Dishonesty is a violation of trust at a minimum. In plain English, words have a specific meaning, a duck is not a chicken. A repurchase at whatever price is not a replacement. It is cheating plain and simple. I made the purchase in Mar of 2020, like many others thinking a great part that’s “genuine” and guaranteed. It turns out it is a cheap fake with a guarantee guaranteed to cheat trusting people like me.
It used to be that I needed something and your name was the first that came to mind, for the future this will still be true, but only as who not to do business with. Luckily you are not the only game in town, thank god for free enterprise.FCP Euro
