5 starsI used "ISoldMyHouse .Com" very successfully and saved roughly $17k by not using a full-service listing broker. The process was quite easy with the helpful videos on their website, and direct communication with their friendly staff.
I don't believe a full-service broker is worth it as my house sold for market value.Review fromBrendan S

I paid hundreds of dollars to list my house with this broker. I submitted all my info along with photos. I was sent a cotract to sign that said my house would be listed on 8/15. It is now 8/16 and my house is still not listed as the contract stated it would be. I have sent several emails and not received a reply. I’ve also called and received no reply. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Their lack of communication and execution are not acceptable when dealing with a real estate transaction. I’m going to need to file a claim with the credit card I used with them. Based on the contract that they created, they have already breached the contract.Review fromNeil M

I read the materials on their website, took cell phone pictures, and wrote a description of my house. They provided great customer help all along the way.

5 starsI used ISoldMyHouse.com to sell a condo, which saved me between $15,000 and $23,000 (depending on the 2023 typical realtor listing agreement range of 4% - 6%). With ISoldMyHouse.com, a homeowner submits a description of their property, along with photographs; and then they fill out a form with detail that will display on an MLS listing. The homeowner determines what they’ll pay a buyer’s broker. The website presents straightforward information, which is no different than the “fine print” you see in the contract. A few clicks on the site allow you to make edits to your listing (including changes to photographs) as well as post your Open Houses. I found the process easy, and when I had questions, I emailed a site representative, who answered quickly. Everyone I dealt with at ISoldMyHouse.com was professional, helpful, and friendly. I welcomed many prospective direct buyers into my home and also received many calls from brokers who then came with their clients to view the property. The home was on the market for only four (4) days when we received a selling price for the advertised price. 5 starsThe process of listing my house was very easy and straight forward. The customer service was amazing and very prompt! In a low inventory market and having a beautiful home that would be move in ready, we knew it would sell easily, which is why we wanted to try to sell it ourselves and keep some of the equity we built up for our selves. It was a bit stressful showing the house ourselves, but we were in control of the showings and did the tours with prospective buyers. I sold my house.com made It’s very easy to download all the important paperwork. We did hire a closing attorney to review all documents.
We saved$24,000 by not paying a listing agent but did pay the buyers agent 2.5%
All in all the process was very easy. I’d do this again if I ever sell another house.ISoldMyHouse.com

5 starsIn this low inventory market with a turn key home to sell, we appreciated keeping $21,660 of our own hard earned equity by selling ourselves! We hired a lawyer to complete our seller paperwork which only cost us around $500. We did pay a buyer's agent 2% of the total cost yet well worth it in order to be on the national MLS listing. We bought our own lock box, viewed agent credentials before we permitted them into our home with perspective buyers, and were in control of all the showing appointments. We were impressed with the extent of interest, the number of showings, and how quickly we sold. All communication with ISoldMyHouse.com was met with a prompt response.
