    they are charging me late fees $25 x3 Attoenry fees $550; title search $225 I should not be paying this due to it not being my fault. They did not send me adequate communication, nor did they make sure that I was receiving the mail. I still did not even receive a June statement as they are claiming they were sending statements. I have no reason not to pay my association fee. I have been paying it for over 2 years. They should have contacted me instead of sending my information to an attorney who is charging me such high fee. I have proof that others are not getting the communication as well. One of the board members stated that to me in his text.

    This letter is in response to a review sent to the Better Business Bureau website on 6/15/2023, presumably by an Adena’s Walk unit owner using the Adena’s Walk Executive Board’s official email address. Presenting the review in this format gave the impression that these complaints were initiated by the Adena’s Walk Executive Board not by a unit owner. These comments are inaccurate and would never have been sent or approved by The Adena’s Walk Executive Board. This review is disturbing, and we are extremely offended that someone would use this approach to present inaccurate and misleading information with the intention of sullying the reputation of this property management company. Additionally, this is a personal affront and demeans the reputation of this community which could impact future determinations by prospective buyers. We have engaged the services of Elite Property Management since 2006 when this Association was first incorporated. The most important aspect of property management is the relationship between the property manager and the Executive Board of Directors. We have learned that a fundamental understanding of property management and Association policies, communication, discussion and mutual respect are essential for a successful outcome. There will always be decisions that owners will not be happy with, but this is the nature of condominium living. Unit Owners have ample opportunity to raise issues or make a request for repairs, via the established process clearly outlined in the Association’s Rules and Regulations. These request are always handled appropriately and in a reasonable amount of time The Adena’s Walk Executive Board strives to maintain constant communication with Unit Owners and Elite Property Management. We believe that we have a prosperous and welcoming community as a result of this joint effort.
