I contacted Brian Bozzuto to install a new light for my kitchen pantry. We agreed on a price and he was to come last Saturday to complete the job. I was unaware that my phone had died. He called and texted me then drove to my home and called again. There were 2 cars in the driveway but he never thought to ring my doorbell. He left and when my phone was recharged, I let him know my phone was on, that I had been home, and why didn't he ring my doorbell? Then he stated that it would cost me an extra $100 for a return to my home. While I wasn't happy about this, I still reached out to set another date which I found out this afternoon would be early tomorrow morning. He wanted full payment in "cash only." My bank is in Rocky Hill and I wouldn't be able to get money in time as I had an evening commitment. I asked if I could write a check out to cash and he reiterated, "cash only." I then sent Brian a text cancelling out appointment and stated that I did not like the way he handled his business. He responded "that is perfectly fine with me." I recommend customers who need electric work to steer away from Brian Bozzuto.
