This Company is the worst We were just totally scamed by this Company We parked across from the ******* *** **** on a Sunday morning and in an area that had no visible sign where we parked There was only one other car in the lot When we returned a hour and a half later they had towed our car They would not release the car until we paid $170 cash only They were incredibly unprofessional We went to the police and they confirmed they get complaints all the time I went back afterward to see if there were any no parking sign On the other side of the lot There was a notice that said parking was for customers during business hours This was a Sunday with only one other car in the lot A total scam on the receipt they had the nerve to charge me for gas and put 9 miles I Googled distance from where they picked it up to where dropped it was 1.8 miles Is that criminal Maybe YES if they are ballooning this charge on everyone they tow away These people should be audited to see how there reporting all the cash they are hawking from working people Really Really wrong and something should be done about it Look at the consistent level of negative reviews

Absolutely should be put out of business, they are vultures and engage in sketchy business practices like only accepting cash. IRS needs to crack down on them.

This is the worst towing company I have ever had to deal with EVER!!! Was at a condo complex at 8pm on Sunday night parked 15 ft in front of a garbage dumpster yat was in a corner thinking i didn't bother no one in the complex parking there cause there wasn't any more visitors parking space and within minutes here comings a towing company ready, I believe they watch me park there and could not wait to tow my car. Thank goodness I had to retrieve something from my car cause as soon as I was approaching the car I had to get in between my car and the tow. The driver claims he didn't see me but where did I come from, I didn't run... he said he had to tow my car cause someone in the complex complained... I was there for literally 5 mins. who had the time to complain within 5 mins. Good thing I had family around there was no way he was towing my car cause he had nothing else to do. He even tried to move on to two other cars before those owners came out of there condo. The police were called but the tow driver left before they arrived.. And this is not the first time I had a problem with Mclaughlin towing they are money hungry and just try to Bully people and make them pay cash.
