  Rafael was very punctual and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my windows were done more than correctly by putting in a little extra work that wasn't required at no charge. He worked fast but safely, and cleaned up behind himself to the point you could not even tell someone did work. Rafael took the time to explain the reason we had our problems with the old windows and why with what he did we wouldn't have the same problems with the new windows. If this was our forever home I would have had him do all the windows! Great experience, thank you AWS!

  What a great experience working with AWS. Patient, polite and prompt from start to finish. Of all the window installations I have experienced and done this Team is finally one outfit that could install better than I. Workers were so well coordinated, quick and detailed, my participation was barley needed. I worked from home conducting meetings with hardly a notice during the complete experience. Cleanup was A+. Anyone who expects a Team to spend a few hours magnetic dragging grass looking for a stray screw, nut and washer is not realistic (I counted 5). In-between tear-down and take-away all items were stacked nicely and safely out-of-the-way. Items I tagged to keep were likewise treated. It's been a few months now and I am perfectly satisfied with the product, installation and compliments, thank you very much! Do it and don't look back.

  This company was stellar from start to finish. From the moment joe entered our door, I knew this was going to be the company to replace our door. While the price was more than I was expecting, the service was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The communication was instant and everyone we ever spoke with on the phone was so kind.
  Rafal installed our door quickly and efficiently. He not only took the time to explain everything he was doing a long the way but amazingly overcame a few obstacles along the way that were unforseen. He was beyond nice and as someone who worked in the service industry for almost a decade, you will not find a better worker than Rafal!
  This company has my business for any other projects that I need and I would recommend them with the highest esteem.

  I had windows installed in 2020. I shopped around and saw value in the AWS product. The salesperson came to my home and did the whole gimmicky pitch pushing towards getting the triple pane window with the special coatings. I went for it. PLEASE BE WARNED. It was not communicated to me that the triple pane window and coating will DRASTICALLY CHANGE THE INCOMING LIGHT COLOR. It always looks like it is a stormy day outside in my home now and very depressing. These windows also DO NOT ALLOW PLANT GROWTH. If you are a plant person, kiss your greens goodbye. SMALL BUGS GET PAST THE SCREENS, we can not have our windows open at dusk because the house gets filled with Gnats. I had asked them to come out and look at my installation, expressing my concerns, but was told it is what it is.
  On top of that windows are guaranteed to be within 1/8th inch of rough opening which many of mine were not. Also the "Helper" slopily applied white caulk to all of my wood framed windows (when clear was requested) Prompting me to help him remove it all, damaging the wood finish and causing me to have to sand and re-stain. This purchase was a 27K mistake on my part being an unknowledgeable window purchaser, but I wish this was all conveyed to me upfront.

  Jeff just finished up installing 2 windows and he did an outstanding job, especially seeing that there was a lot of rot on the exterior of the windows and he took care of that in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area he was working in which was on the 2nd floor. Good job Jeff

  From the first call I made to AWS it has been a wonderful experience. They’re professionalism is top notch and very accommodating. Everyone arrived promptly when they said they would be here.   Installer, Mario & helper, did an excellent job installing our new patio slider. They kept the area clean during installation & removed all old materials along with a thorough vaccuming & door glass cleaning upon completion. What a beautiful product AWS!
