    I thought a good pair of Good Sneakers would be a great gift for Father's Day for my husband so I suggest to go to the Good Feet Store. After looking and trying on sneakers he finally agreed to a pair. I thought the sneakers and inserts would be approximately $200.00. Our total came to $1908.98! We were totally shocked! We realized as we were driving on our way home that the style wasn't what my husband really was looking for and returned them the next day. We are very disappointed with their sales tactics and refund policy. Please get the pricing before you go to the cash register!

Our return policy is clearly displayed in-store and reviewed with clients during their fitting session, both before and after the transaction. Additionally, clients are asked to sign a receipt acknowledging the return policy at the time of purchase.

    I went to the Good Feet Store and was fitted with 3 sets of arch supports and a new pair of sneakers. I almost backed out at the cash register after finding out the bill was over $1300 but certainly thought it would be money well spent If my back paid went away.
    After wearing the supports as instructed for 1 month there was no relief at all and tried to return the arch supports for a refund, I would keep the sneakers since they showed slight signs of wear.
    I was told that they don't give refunds, there was no visible wear to the inserts.
    They trap you into the promise that your pain will either be greatly lessened or go away completely but none of this happened and I am out $1300
    DO NOT BUY FROM THE GOOD FEET STORE
    I gave 1 star only becasue I had to pick one

    So I'm in a lot of pain from working a job that has me on my feet all day. I was afraid if I didn't find a solution and fast, I might have to consider another line of work. Enter The Good Feet Store. The store looks professional - almost like a doctor's office. I am greeted by the sales person and taken into a room to have my arches fitted. Let me just say that the arches work. I am pain free now and couldn't be happier. My complaint is with their sales practice. After I was fitted with 3 sets of arches, two pairs of shoes, 3 inserts to go over the arches, and 3 different types of socks my sales person goes into the back room to figure out how much all of this would cost. When she returned the grand total was almost $2200! yikes! But I'm in pain and want relief. She told me I could use my HSA to pay for everything and I could return anything I didn't wear - I thought for a credit to the credit card they had me open - so I took everything figuring I could return what I didn't want if I had buyer's remorse. So here's the catch. YOU CAN ONLY GET A STORE CREDIT FOR WHAT IS RETURNED. When I returned some of the items, the sales person who took the return OVER INSPECTED EACH ITEM to make sure it hadn't been worn. When she found a small dirt smudge on a compression sock she said she'd have to ask the manager whether or not they would take it back. I was so embarrassed I said not to bother I would keep the sock even though I knew I would never wear it. Going forward I will also be returning two sets of arches as I don't even know why there are 3 sets (each costing $450 - $550) when I've had luck with the most flexible pair they offer. If you decide to go to the store, ask to see an itemized price list and make your decision from that. Don't be oversold like I was. CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware!

    Regarding the concerns raised about our sales practices, we deeply value our customers and their feedback. It is important to us that all our customers feel comfortable and informed during their shopping experience.
    Each client thoroughly briefed on our store's return policy during the complimentary demonstration that preceded her purchase. Furthermore, our refund policy is prominently showcased at eye level on our front counter and is re-emphasized when we present the receipt for the customer's initials acknowledging the policy.
    Upon being notified of this complaint, we promptly reached out to you several times to no avail. We take customer satisfaction seriously and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. We regret that you did not find our resolution satisfactory, despite our efforts to be of assistance.
    We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns our customers may have, and we hope this response clarifies the steps we have taken to resolve the matter.

    Do not recommend! I went to this store not realizing they are a franchise that employs sales people. They are not foot experts. I’m sure the basis of this business is built on medical knowledge but they have over 400 arches and will just have you come back over and over until they get it right. Meanwhile the pain and damage the wrong arches can create is not considered. They do not care. For $1700 you get premade, mass produced inserts, not custom inserts. When they have you sign a no refund policy that should be the first clue they aren’t custom and getting it right. I will say their sales presentation is amazing and well done. They will show you all kinds of flash cards, have you step on ink to show you your foot pattern and walk you through the process. After 60 mins of the sales pitch which includes lots of comments about how their issues are just like yours and the arches made their feet feel amazing, you are signing the form and walking out with a bag of “first try arch supports” and you are locked in. Save your self the time, money and potential issues and go to your doctor for custom orthotics at a fraction of the price that are made for you and your feet/issues,etc.
