5 starsI only wish that we had known about The Blind And Shutter Store sooner! Had a negative experience with a previous company.***************** saved the day for us by coming to evaluate the problems and then returned with his team to make the required repairs. Not only are they well qualified, they are just the Nicest gentlemen!!! They even recommended that they exchange the battery operated blind in one of the rooms to electricwhich is awesome! (Why didnt the other company do that???!).We highly recommend The Blind and Shutter Storeand ***************** for all your window coverings and/or repairs.

You guys were awesome to work with. And we were happy to get you guys ************ after you had multiple problems that needed to be corrected. It's unfortunate that we have to do "clean up" after other window coverings dealers sell people new shades, and then they disappear when there are problems. Call us anytime. We are happy to help, even if we didn't sell you the shades. :-)

The motor was replaced by warranty and *** returned to install the blind at no cost.Excellent service plus beyond all I've witnessed in a long time.Certainly deserve an opportunity to earn your business. 5 starsWe had a wonderful, smooth experience! We moved into a new home, so we wanted nice blinds and shutters at a reasonable price. We also wanted to feel comfortable that we would receive a great quality product.
