  The Blind and Shutter Store is our ONLY go-to location for our house blind needs. Weve been using them for years and ***, the owner, is sooooo helpful and goes above and beyond! The *************************** automatic blinds with scenes, pebbles and iPhone app is great as well.

  We cannot say enough good things about the customer service we experienced from Pat and the Blind and Shutter Store. We were SO frustrated in dealing with other companies for months with no answer to our non working blind but plenty of charges for house calls. We had nothing but exceptional experiences with *** from first point of contact until the end repair. Communication was amazing and Pats dedication to make the blind work was over and beyond and not something we find these days. We are SO very happy and thankful and have now ordered more blinds from Pat. Great job! Thank you SO much.

  I only wish that we had known about The Blind And Shutter Store sooner! Had a negative experience with a previous company.***************** saved the day for us by coming to evaluate the problems and then returned with his team to make the required repairs. Not only are they well qualified, they are just the Nicest gentlemen!!! They even recommended that they exchange the battery operated blind in one of the rooms to electricwhich is awesome! (Why didnt the other company do that???!).We highly recommend The Blind and Shutter Storeand ***************** for all your window coverings and/or repairs.

  You guys were awesome to work with.  And we were happy to get you guys ************ after you had multiple problems that needed to be corrected.  It's unfortunate that we have to do "clean up" after other window coverings dealers sell people new shades, and then they disappear when there are problems.  Call us anytime.  We are happy to help, even if we didn't sell you the shades. :-)

  We had a wonderful, smooth experience! We moved into a new home, so we wanted nice blinds and shutters at a reasonable price. We also wanted to feel comfortable that we would receive a great quality product. The whole process was super easy from the measurement appointment to installation! *** and ***** were very helpful since we had no idea blinds came in so many shades and colors! *** handled the installation with no problems!

  *** was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a very large project with over 50 motorized window coverings on a new construction home. The service from end to end was excellent. From design ideas and consults, to installation, to programming the system for us, to taking care of any minor fixes, it was ********** and Pat was very patient and cared about the final product. No hassle, respectable business. I highly recommend and would use again if needed.
