      I just wonder if this shop makes more money fighting with insurance companies by objecting to reaching an agreed price by delayig the repair process and then charging storage every day they cause a delay. Reading the below and watching the video's, something is Very wrong with what they say and then what they do. I think it would be best to let the ***************** recommend a repair sho[p because if they do, they have to also give a 100% satisfaction and guarantee to their policy holder or customer.

      Unreliable, Incompetent, and Dismissive - A Nightmare Experience My encounter with Iron Mountain Collision was a complete nightmare. From their unreliability to their incompetence and dismissive attitude, every aspect of their service left me utterly dismayed. They promised repairs within three weeks but failed to communicate and extended the timeline by an additional three weeks. The quality of their workmanship was abysmal with ignored drip runs, debris under the paint, and unattended fiberglass. When I raised concerns, they were dismissive and refused further repairs. I implore anyone considering Iron Mountain Collision to seek a reputable autobody shop instead. I'm now pursuing legal action to recover the $7,476.44 and additional losses. This company is unworthy of trust.
