We had some conflict during the purchase process and they put knife on the neck by saying that will constitute an uncurable default of the contract obligations and Shea Homes will cancel the purchase agreement and retain all deposits.

Shea Homes met its contract obligation, with the expectation that its customers do the same.  We are happy that we were able to facilitate the closing on your new home and wish you many good memories.

**** is no different than other builders. **** knows how to manipulate things and doesnt keep their promises in warranty periods. **** will give you any reasons and will keep postponing the work. They know how to make money but not customer satisfaction. The more I had trust in **** through word of mouth have totally broken my trust after having me experience certain things in my new home. I am very disappointed with their work and very upset with their teams the way they handle customer grievances. I wont recommend to trust **** builders. Do get your inspections done from outside at each level if youre building your home with them. I cannot trust **** anymore. They impress you only with their sugar coated words but they dont mean what they promise because everything in their books is under tolerance levels.
