I have been working with this company regarding an overdraft. Ive been contact with ************** at canvas. *** been directed to contact her upon sending payment. I keep in contact and she was aware of refi-cash out. She sent this to Experian credit bureau as charge off This hit 9-2-2022 same day I spoke to her to say everything is almost finished. She said call her when I get check and she could post it. That same day they reported it to experian score drop I got a call from lender charge off very bad Also, Ive had this checking acct for 1 year-never ever have they paid overdraft it wasnt even available. The item causing overdraft was error with acts. Never expected any overdrafts to pay. They have never paid a overdraft ****]m if funds were not there it didnt exist. So they should eat the charges-the fees etc This is a hard hit to me my family my credit if it hurts my rate and loan. I lost 9 points which is a lot Also canvas will not unblock my auto loan because of this. My auto loan and checking are separate I should be able to pay my auto online like other customers do. My auto is fine, there forcing me to call pay a fee. Its like you have to offer the same to all customersBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: what they are doing is not legalthey have talked to me on several occasions I have the proof and they just refuse to compromise
one thing that bothers me is the delay in paying my auto loan they refuse to give me online access to my auto information as they offer to other members never return item nothing on my auto loan
they force me to call and pay which has a fee
they also have committed other acts that I feel I will call attorney on

On Thursday August 18th 2022 I deposited a ***** check from the *****************. My husband signed the check as well because we were both receiving it. The deposit went through just fine. Now today they reverse the check and leave my account in a negative balance. I went there to resolve the issue and they tell me it's because my husband isn't on my account. After trying to get them to honor a check which is obviously a legal check from the state the supervisor came to assist. Who was extremely rude and even called me a "bitch." Now my account is for some reason showing negative ***** dollars which is completely inaccurate. The supervisor there was extremely rude and not worth any amount of pay she receives. I want them to correct account immediately which should show a negative balance of around 200 dollars because I even spent some of the money from the check that THEY deposited knowingly and then reversed. Then when they fix their mistake I will handle the 200 dollar balance that is due and would like to promptly close my account.Business Response

This company filed a late payment with the credit bureaus damaging my credit, this was done for a $6 amount that was an error on there end. I paid the amount reflected due. I have reached out to them and provided proof and they refuse to remove this even after a dispute was filed. This company lacks integrity how dare they do this to a loyal customer over $6. They did not even attempt to contact me first.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: This late payment was regarding a $6 amount that was not reflecting due. No one contacted me regarding the past due amount of $6 prior to filing a late payment with the credit bureaus.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with, they lack integrity and are complete liars.

They reported that I missed a payment for *** and made the payment. *** 29, 2022 at 7:30 am. They posted on there end June 1 2022. I talked to so many rude people about this and even completed a form to dispute this. I asked them if Im behind why its not showing on my end. This result my credit score dropping with false information. I will also be reporting this to attorney general.Business Response

May 24th 2022 canvas credit union repossessed my car due to non payment however I had recent payments on my car, I had proof of payments, the repo company however came at 9pm at night I had no way of contacting the bank to find out why they were taking my car I felt like I didnt have a choice but to let the repo guys take my car. Following day may 25 2022 I call canvas credit union first thing in the morning 8 am they say I owe them **** dollars **** dollars for behind payments and 800 dollars for repo fees not asking questions I quickly pay that amount as I need to get my car back because I need to go to work, sometime around 10am I call to get the status on where my car is and no where did it show my car was ever repossessed so I call the co signer and have him call the credit union because at this point Im completely frustrated and he calls canvas credit union shortly after I let him know the situation its about **** they proceed to tell him that they did not have a repo order and advised him to make a police report for a stolen vehicle and also advised we call the insurance and file a claim for stolen vehicle at this point we did as they advised recording the guy on the phone from canvas saying they had no record of the repossession so I could let the cops hear from canvas that there was no repo order not only that the repo guys never notified the police of any repo at this point seemed as though my car had been stolen. Two hours after filing a report with the police and insurance a gentleman named ****** from canvas credit union calls and says they have located my car and in fact it was repossessed canvas gets ahold of repo guys they bring my car back to me feeling a little relieved I got my car back he calls canvas and ask them what they could do to help with this entire mix up of the day they said they could offer no help a few weeks go by and Im thinking why did they take my car in the first place so I get a statement of payments that makes no senseBusiness Response
