    *****, and Lifetime, made this process so much easier than I was expecting. The communication level and attention to detail was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend him in a heartbeat- honest, hardworking, kind, and someone who really wants you to be happy with the end product as well as the process.

    My July 2024 Lifetime Construction roof replacement was as painless as recovery from a mini-disaster (hail storm) could possibly be. My project manager, ***** ****** was a blessing. He stuck by my side from day one -- explaining the process, dealing with my insurance company and responding to my every concern with unusual professionalism and warmth. I came to feel like a family friend and am sincerely grateful to him and his employer.

    We worked with ***** or maybe I should say ***** worked with our insurance carrier on a roof replacement. He was knowledgeable and took care of everything for me. He met at our home with the adjuster to be sure everything was taken care of. Everyones time is valuable and I believe ***** recognizes that. He took time to explain each line item to me and made sure I understood each step in the process. He knew the colors already approved by our HOA so choosing was easy with no back and forth needed. Truly a great guy!

    Had our commercial retail building re-roofed in *****, **. The roof leaks in one particular area. Text messaged with company ********** ************************** about the issue. Even sent video of the issue at his request. There is no doubt we both know where the leak is located as there is a very obvious crack where water penetrates the roof and leaks inside the structure. This was proven by the video requested by *******. I literally had a hose and sprinkler on the roof on clear sunny day to prove my point. Received a reply on June 3rd. 2024 saying "We will come by next week. I'm sorry this is happening." I texted him again on June 18th & June 25th. Still no reply to date, July 8th, 2024. Sure would like a call back and a path forward to getting this issue resolved. You know my number.................................

    ***** and Lifetime construction did a fantastic job start to finish with our roof, paint, and a few other issues from a hail storm. They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. The even came back after I thought they were finished and fixed something I hadn't noticed. Highly recommend.

    ***** handled our complete roof and gutter replacement from start to finish. Worked with the insurance company (hail damage) and all the different workershe was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The entire process was painless and seamless for us.     Dealt with ************* made SEVERAL trips to our house to check about our potentially damaged shingles from a hail storm a year ago Seemed like he did an incredible job with the adjuster whom we never met and ended up hiring lifetime for our new roof To say we were satisfied would be an complete understatement!The roof,service,gutters looked beyond anything we could have ever imagined We had a roof put on 7 years prior and the service,roof and professionalism fell way shorthaving being such a bad experience we were honestly shocked at how caring *** / lifetime was doing our roof 5 star + and beyond for us and would highly recommend them to everyone !!***** and ****
