    My Sonata COMPRESSOR was replaced in April of 2022 by RANDYS Automotive in *********, **, for $1155 that I pd. In full. FYI - I HAVE used this *** Before several times successfully. However last month in beginning of May (this yr. 2023), I tried to turn it on & again, there was no cold/cool air. I had maybe used it in 2022, 5 months during this summer of course, which was successful. Nice cold air. So I immediately made an Appt. For June 5, 23, Mon. & dropped it off before I went to work - this was the soonest that I could get in to have it checked Out when I called them in May.The RANDYS Automotive associate, Caleb ** who I believe I spoke with later that day , June 5 when I called to check on progress, told me that the ( new ) COMPRESSOR they replaced in 2022 had a seal leak & should be replaced but I had to pay for ( addl. ) labor of $625.00+ ( not exact **** ) .. what??? I had pd. For labor with the original service. I declined. How Disappointing this *** would not back up the online promises made by The owner, ************** ( I believe) ! ( fix free of Chg. )So my A/C only worked 1 summer season in 2022 for maybe 5 mo.-Im driving with no A/C deciding how to move forward with this issue .. I think the compressor they installed in 2022 was defective &/or the mechanic installed it incorrectly. For $1155.00, I would think they should make it right.
